The location is wonderful and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel. The smell in the bathroom from the drain and mould was appalling and needs to be addressed. Aside from the bathroom, it’s the small things that make a 5 star hotel like hair conditioner, not just shampoo and decent hot water. The bed linen was nice and clean though. The general condition of the facilities in the room were also dilapidated.

Pros:

Restaurant und Spa waren überragend! Die Zimmer (ausgenommen Toilette) waren sauber und angenehm. Aussicht war überragend.

Cons:

Die Toiletten haben Schimmelprobleme, welche ein Geruch erzeugen, das in den Zimmer eindringt.
