Good Location, Good Food, Courteous staff
Pros:

Location was good, Breakfast layout was extensive and good, staff was very polite and courteous, rooms were spacious and connected.

Cons:

Most of the rooms at our floor were under repair and painting so there was strong chemical smell of the paint and warnish in the corridor which was slight discomfort.

Excellent other worldly experience. Exclusivity, Views, location, staff everything is too good
Pros:

Beautiful location at one high point of a valley. It is isolated from the crowd with tea plantations below and a massive rock face above that carries small water streams down the valley. You can see the mist and broken clouds swirling up from the bottom of the valley, turning into dark ones and then pouring. A short walk takes you to a point where you can see tea plantations, water bodies, mountains. The staff was very polite and attended to all my requests. The restaurant’s menu is thoughtfully designed and although short, I could choose alternatives that had me satisfied. The restaurant also tweaked the menu on a specific request! The High tea session at the top floor was a beautiful experience

Pros:

The restaurant staff especially Mr Joseph, the executive chef is very humble and caring and the front office staff Mira, Jyothi, abhirami etc were highly professional and responsive.

Cons:

The technical staff/ house keeping staff not up to the mark. They may be trained well .
