Schrecklich. Nie wieder.

Empfehle ich überhaupt NICHT weiter! Wie kann Booking sowas anbieten?! Hygiene geht gar nicht! Alles dreckig. Draußen die Anlage und die Zimmer sind alle dreckig. Die Möbel sind kaputt und wir hatten erstmal ein Zimmer bekommen ohne Licht, dreckige Dusche und allgemein ein dreckiges Bad. Türen funktionieren nicht richtig. Das Zimmer stinkt nach Schimmel. Der Kühlschrank ist kaum nutzbar aufgrund von mangelnder Hygiene.
Sorry, aber das geht wirklich GAR NICHT, auch noch für so einen Preis.
! Die Fotos entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität !

Cons:

As soon as we entered the room, there was a smell that immediately hit you. There were so many ants crawling in the room. The shower drain was not working properly so there was a puddle up to your ankle as you are showering and barely went down. When we told the front desk about the shower and how disgusting it is to stand in a puddle of dirty water, he just said he doesn’t understand what the issue is since you can still take a shower. I didn’t pay this much to shower in a disgusting bathroom. Also there were so many bugs in the bathroom because of the water. Terrible service

Si, es solo un lugar prácticamente para dormir. La atención de la persona que está en la mañana en recepción es genial, muy amable y con un excelente servicio al cliente.

Cons:

El tema del parqueo que queda un poco lejos si usted está en la parte de abajo. La refrigeradora de la habitación no funcionó. Es una habitación no está equipada, vasos, cucharas, etc.

O quarto não era ruim, mas as instalações mal cuidadas.

Cons:

Banheiros sem uma cortina de box, sem tapete no banheiro. Inunda o banheiro todo. Sem um espelho adequado no banheiro.

Barato, pero aun así con cosas por mejorar.
Pros:

* La recepción está disponible 24h y eran muy flexibles y atentos para atenderlo a uno.
* Mi habitación siempre fue limpiada aunque hubieron pequeños detalles de limpieza con el paño del baño con una colilla de cigarro que luego fue removida el dia siguiente.
* La ubicación es perfecta muy cerca de la playa y el parque y de lugares cercanos para comer.

Cons:

* Las condiciones de la piscina son reprocharles, siempre llena de hojas y arena, no se nota que le hayan limpiado nunca. (ambas piscinas)
* La piscina no tiene rampas y las escaleras de esta son con azulejo resbaladizo, haciendo peligroso el entrar o salir de ella.
* Las escaleras en el hotel no tienen cinta antideslizante para prevenir caídas.

Pros:

La habitación estaba muy cómoda, limpía y la vista muy linda. Tiene una mini refrigeradora que tiene espacio para lo necesario. La cama tiene buen colchón, con sabanas limpias.

Cons:

La piscina es muy pequeña y no se veía con el mantenimiento adecuado, el agua estaba un poco turbia. Entiendo que es al aire libre y caen hojas y asi, pero no era por eso. Tiene muchas gradas para llegar a la habitación, pero entiendo perfectamente si yo queria la habitación con la mejor vista en la montaña.

Este establecimiento es uno de mis preferidos en Manuel Antonio por ubicación y atención .

Cons:

La hora de salida ya se sabe que es a las 11 pero me atrase 5 minutos y el joven de la recepción casi me bota la puerta que la salida era a las 11 que desocupara esas no son firmas de trata para un consumidor y hubiera estado el muchacho que está por la noche no hubiera pasado eso

Lokatie is prachtig. Het bed is schoon en ligt goed

Cons:

Alles. Hotel is echt extreem vervallen. Overal vuil en kapotte muren. Zwembad is niet schoon. Veel ongedierte op kamer. Rijen met mieren. Wordt niet automatisch schoongemaakt.

Queda cerca de la playa y el lugar tenia aire acondicionado, aparte nos atendieron muy bien
