Cleanliness
6
Multiple guests reported lack of room cleaning and towel changes, noisy minibar/fridge, strong air freshener; a reported theft incident also raises concerns about housekeeping/security procedures.
Service
9.8
Staff are frequently described as very friendly and attentive (named staff praised); however there are isolated but serious operational/management lapses (administration unresponsive in theft case, some receptionists unhelpful). Overall service sentiment is largely positive with some important exceptions.
Location
10
Consistently praised—excellent, central location, close to El Poblado, quiet and safe area; many guests highlight the convenient position.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms show issues: old/creaky beds and furniture, small bathrooms, shower/tub valve problems, noisy fridge, lack of fan/AC in some rooms, and occasional broken TV—several guests reported discomfort.
Amenities
8.6
Pool and general facilities are appreciated (large pool, good pool hours), and the property has pleasant natural areas; some amenity problems noted (noisy minibar, TV not working, signage for taxis).
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed perceptions: some guests consider the stay excellent for the experience and atmosphere, while others felt the lack of cleaning, room issues and a theft incident reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is repeatedly described as good to delicious and breakfast service/times are generally positive; no major negative comments about food beyond limited mentions.
Overall Experience
10
Many guests rave about the charming, natural, colorful atmosphere and attentive staff (several 10/10-style comments), though there are significant negative outliers (theft, cleanliness, room issues). Overall sentiment trends highly positive due to location, ambience and staff.

Estancia buena aunque mejorable
Pros:
