HOTEL REJUVENATION PROJECT
We are thrilled to announce that our hotel is undergoing a rejuvenating transformation to enhance your future stays with a fresh and modern experience. All construction work will commence between 9AM to 5PM from the 15th of February 2024 to the 31st of July 2025. As we continue our hotel-wide renovation program to enhance the guest experience, we are entering a new phase of work involving our Ground Floor and Basement levels starting 01 July 2026. During this period, our main entrance on Mary Street will be closed, and all vehicle drop-offs and arrivals should be made via our temporary entrance on Douglas Street, where our Reception has been relocated to ensure a seamless and comfortable check-in experience. Please also note that our swimming pool will be temporarily closed throughout the renovation period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our facilities and breathe new life into our spaces. Should you require any assistance or additional information, please feel free to contact our Duty Manager at +675 7090 4848. Fantastic views. Welcoming and Friendly Staff. Spacious and clean room.
Pros:

My Sea View room was very spacious and the room was extremely comfortable and the view was superb. From check in to check out, the GPH staff were excellent, very helpful with any enquiries and their willingness to assist was very much appreciated. The Breakfast and dinner were also fantastic.

Cons:

The shower water pressure and temperature was sporadic but I suspect this will be addressed during the refurbishment.

В ресторане обслуживание долгое! В обед готовую еду ждали больше 50 минут. Обслуживают долго!

При заселении на ресепшене сразу же оплатили за проживание. Перед сном позвонили с ресепшена позвали нас спуститься. Записали себе данные моей карты и второй раз сняли деньги за проживание! Это конечно меня возмутило. Стали разбираться. Они вели себя спокойно и как будто удивились что второй раз списалась сумма. Сделали мне чек о возврате денег, но вот прошло уже 2 недели- мне обратно деньги не вернули!!!!На что я очень злая! Еще ни в одном отеле у нас так нагло не списывали данные дебетовой карты!
Прошу руководство разобраться с этой ситуацией!
