직원 태도 빼고 괜찮아요

직원이 영어를 못 합니다
그리고 일본어로 저한테 반말을 했다고 하더라고요
일본어를 할 줄 아는 친구가 계속해서 반말하는 직원을 보고 일본말로 대답하니 그제서야 저에게 존댓말을 사용했다고 합니다
외국인이라 못 알아들을 거라고 생각한 거라면 호텔 직원이라면 더더욱 용납할 수 없는 태도죠
