Great location, nice place, well serviced accomodation.
Pros:

Staff were great, attentive, helpful and responsive.
Location made it easy to access lots of things.
Rooms were clean and well serviced.

Cons:

We stayed in the 2 bedroom executive suite. The master room had an ensuite with a shower head over a bath. Unfortunately it was designed poorly and the water would leak everytime you showered.

I’ll Be Back!
Pros:

Beds were well kept, rooms super clean. Spa services were superb. Proximity to other malls and local restaurants of all flavors are easily accessible.

Cons:

Hotel located in Poblacion area, not entirely ideal but you get a good feel of a typical stay in a southeast asian country. Once in the hotel though, staff and ambiance makes up for it. Nothing not to like really.

We hebben erg genoten tijdens ons verblijf. De kamer was mooi schoon en het hotel had goede faciliteiten. Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen hier zeker terug!

Average could have been better
Pros:

Staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We stayed twice on different occasions 2nd stay the room was incomplete no hand towels, safe not working.
