My kid really enjoyed the pool area immensely, my wife and I enjoyed the spa amenities.

Nice hotel with great pool
Pros:

Nice hotel in a central location. Great swimming pool and lounge facilities. Onsen/wellness centre was a nice addition. Roof top bar had breathtaking views and cocktails reasonably priced.

Cons:

Check in staff member was a bit dismissive and not courteous as you would expect.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience.
Pros:

All the staff were well-trained, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service was impressive.

الموقع والاطلالة والموظفين متعاونين

ممرات كانت متسخه ، ولا يوفرون قوارير الماء وواضعين برادة ماء بين الممرات ، ولما عطونا كوبون مساج 10 دقائق ، وكوبون كيك ، طلبوا منا التقييم عبر قوقل ماب حتى يمنحونا الكيكة ، ووجدنا الاريكة متسخة وكلمناهم وغيروها
اتمنى يتم تطوير الاثاث وزيادة الإنارة لانها خافته

Not a 5 Star Hotel
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Pool was great. Gym was great.

Cons:

The whole hotel smells bad. Including the rooms. Musty, old, damp, wet smell in your room and throughout the hotel.

Water in the bathroom doesn't actually get hot...just.... very warm.

The breakfast buffet is overpriced and not very good. A lot of the dishes were just sitting there, cold, room temperature. The orange juice was made from artificial powder. The yogurt they served had literally gone bad and was lumpy, smelled and tasted rancid. I showed a staff member who fully agreed with me, only to later take that statement back claiming that's how Greek yogurt is supposed to be 😂.... It was literally curdling and lumpy. I didn't know at first and nearly puked when it touched my tongue. Not acceptable to be serving your guests rancid yogurt.
