Location is good, the staff were excellent
With 5 stars hotel it suppose everything in the room, such Iron and stand of ironing, Towels for face and hand, shampoo and conditioner enough while the room I took is for two couples and only one small shampoo and no conditioner, also no bottled water at all which I have to look for shop to buy water and this not good at all. Only one tissue at the room. The breakfast was not good for international gusts mainly for Philippine gusts also the restaurant food same no Various types for international gusts. Prices expensive compared to service thy give as 5 stars hotel.
Everyone is very helpful. Zea was very responsive and considerate.

Trochu chaos napríklad keď sme si dali s kolegom z vedľajšej izby oprať naše veci separátne , tak späť sa mne vrátilo o jedno tričko menej ( našťastie sa nachádzalo u môjho kolegu ) ale hlavne bez jednej ponožky. A zas u kolegu chýbalo tiež jeho tričko ( nachádzalo sa u mňa ) ale hlavne jemu chýbalo niekoľko kusov spodného oblečenia . Nakoľko mal toho viacej tak za túto službu platil asi 32€ čo príde veľa a hlavne sa mu postrácali niekoľko kusov spodného prádla a ja zas menej tak asi 12€ som platil no tiež mi chýbala jedna ponožka .

Eman and Janine at the front reception are so kind and helpful! Eman really went above and beyond and made our stay special every moment he was able to.
The entire team is always ready to assist and makes the stay so enjoyable. I really enjoyed the breakfast, Antidote and how quiet and spacious the rooms were.
The gym was also awesome! It had everything we needed to workout and was clean, not too busy and had a great view.
The location is perfect and centrally located. It’s near a lot of things to do such as great restaurants, lounges and the power plant mall too. I’d definitely stay here again and enjoyed it!
Loved it all, would like better lighting in the bathroom.
