Cons:

The checkin was poorly described. I arrived late, could not enter my room and was treated very unprofessionally by a service person by phone. Instead of helping me to get in (which they couldn’t because obviously they had never been at the hotel) they blamed me and basically called me stupid. After solving the issue myself the stay was ok.

Behändig övernattning vid tågresa.
Pros:

Fantastisk frukost. Enkelt att ta sig dit, när vi väl listat ut hur spårvagnarna gick, det vore bra med den informationen på hemsidan.

Cons:

Varmt ute och på rummet, men öppningsbara fönster och fläktar hjälpte bra. Trappor, ok för oss.

Cons:

Direkt an der Tramlinie, man hört die dann auch. Frühstück ist einfach aber ausreichend.

Ordentliche Ausstattung, Türen werden per Code geöffnet. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr warm im Zimmer, morgens laut. Kein Kontakt zum Personal nach 12 Uhr. Code Übergabe für Einlass hat nicht funktioniert, Nachfrage oder Telefon war erforderlich.

nicht noch einmal. Das Zimmer war zu laut und heiß, deshalb bin ich nur 2 Nächte statt 3 geblieben.
Cons:

Am ersten Abend ist beim einstecken des Wasserkochers die Sicherung ausgefallen. Es war gegen 21:30, ich hatte kein Licht, kein Strom, hab im Dunkeln geduscht, konnte mein handy nicht laden.
Und ich konnte niemanden an der Rezeption oder auswärts erreichen.
Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße zur Trambahn-Station, weil die Klimaanlage auch nicht ging, musste ich das Fenster öffnen, es war sehr heiß und stickig in dem kleinen Raum.Entsprechend war es sehr laut, alle 20 minuten die Tram, ich hab kaum geschlafen !

The room was really clean, had everything you need, and a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The curtains were very thin and didn't block light at all. The breakfast was okay (more fresh/organic options would be appreciated), but the coffee was simply undrinkable.
