Friendly and respectful staff
Pros:

Staff are so polite, friendly and respectful

Cons:

I was surprised that I have to pay for breakfast for 2 persons although the rooms are for 4 adults, it doesn’t make any sense, the way to the wedding hall was so far from the hotel itself, we have to walk for a very long distance

Pros:

The staff was incredible esp Abdulaziz at reception

Cons:

The main shower head would not turn on and there was no bar soap in my room. Also the falafel at breakfast was the worst falafel I’ve ever had
