Location, friendly staff, superb food options at breakfast and evening meals
Pros:

Right from the moment we arrive, we felt at home, the staff were amazing, helpful and allowed us to park our motorcycles behind a gate, but security wasn't an issue. Restaurant and the quality of the food was outstanding, fabulous breakfast choices, set you up for the day. the hotel has a great charm with the water mill, and close to the main town, just a 10 minutes walk along the small waterway.

Cons:

Nothing, all was outstanding, I would stay again and recommend this hotel.

Ausgezeichnet für ein Besuch in Wissembourg
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücken. Unser Motorrad durften wir sogar auf dem Privathof abstellen. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir auf der Rückfahrt noch einmal hier übernachtet haben.

Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt im Elsass
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Lauter. War früher wohl mal eine Mühle zum Walken von Textilfasern, daher wohl der Name. Beide Mühlenräder stehen leider still. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wenig überraschend war das hervorragende Essen (deswegen sind wir ja hingefahren), der gute Wein, das sehr ansprechende, stylische Ambiente im Restaurant, die sehr freundliche Bedienung und man kann auf sein Schul - Französisch verzichten, da das gesamte Personal Deutsch spricht. Die Speisekarte ist dreisprachig gehalten, also auch auf Englisch und Deutsch. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Es gibt auf Wunsch ein frisch gekochtes, weiches Ei und natürlich . . . Baguette und Croissants

Cons:

Wir waren wunschlos glücklich, also da ist nichts, was wir bemängeln könnten. Es ist natürlich nicht billig, aber den Preis allemal wert und wenn man es sich leisten kann, einfach ein Stück Lebensqualität

Sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, schöner Spaziergang in die Stadt

Cons:

Doopelbett war viel zu eng für Ehepaar, geschätzt 1,2 Meter. Vielleich waren es 1,4 m Breite, aber definitiv zu schmal

im Großen und Ganzen sehr sehr schön
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt nur 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Schöne ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Tolle neue saubere Zimmer mit sehr schöner Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas mager für die 16 Euro - aber noch okay.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen comfortabel hotel op loopafstand van historisch centrum.
Pros:

Heerlijk rustig gelegen hotel, op loopafstand van het historische plaatsje. Zeer comfortabele kamer met op de kamer het toilet separaat van de badkamer. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Prima ontbijt. Volop kastruimte. Vriendelijke mensen.
Wij waren er op een dag van 35 graden en toch was de kamer voldoende koel.

Cons:

Nu niet nodig gehad, maar een koelkastje op de kamer is soms handig als je op doorreis bent.

Wissembourg is een mooi oud plaatsje
Jammer dat het verkeer door het centrum moet, al was het niet erg druk.

Erholsame Tage im Elsass
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel war umfangreich und alles sehr frisch. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent.
Die Innenstadt von Wissembourg erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Wanderwege beginnen gleich am Hotel, das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Es war alles o.k.

De locatie was prachtig en dicht bij stadcentrum

Cons:

Restaurant was zondag-maandag-dinsdag dicht. Er was geen mogelijkheid koffie/thee te zetten op de kamer waardoor je daarvoor zo'n 10 min. moest lopen.
