Overpriced for the facilities. Go elsewhere for breakfast. Poorly maintained and substandard clean.
Pros:

The front desk personnel were all very friendly and professional. The pet area was located just outside the elevator area. The door that led out would not allow reentry. I reported it and was advised it would be fixed. It must have been broken for quite awhile because there were rocks there to hold the door open. The pet area had no shade and the dogs were forced to walk on exposed pavement and sand. There was no fountain for them to drink while outside. The TV in the room was hung so it showed into the bedroom instead of the dining area. There were no plates, silverware, or anything to rate calling it a kitchen. There was dirty tissues behind both nightstands and debris and numerous objects under the bathroom vanity. One of your employees was detailing a large SUV in the handicap parking just outside the exit.

Cons:

The breakfast eggs were cold. The sausage was inedible. I would not give that to my dogs. I am not sure it was real meat. I tasted it and it was like eating sandy cardboard. Out of all of the La Quinta hotels I have stayed at this one was the worst breakfast. The pet area was extremely substandard. The broken door locks made it worse because the dogs were forced to walk the entire length for reentry. Keep in mind that pavement is at least 140 degrees and higher than 160 degrees. It would help with some shade, some turf and a fountain. Fix the door lock! Someone should check the room cleanliness. Dirty rooms and AC units set to 70 on arrival is not a welcome to be strived for.

Nettes "eine Nacht Hotel" in einem "Randviertel" von Kingman!
Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Aufgrund der Lage auch keine Lärm-Thematik.

Cons:

Leider wirkt das Hotel bei weitem nicht mehr so "frisch" und modern wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir ware bei der Ankunft etwas überrascht, dass das Haus doch nicht mehr so neu ist, wie erwartet.
Leider waren mehrere Gäste mit Hunden im Hotel (obwohl ich mir einbilde im Eingangsbereich gelesen habe, dass keine Haustiere erlaubt sind), wo es immer wieder Gebell der Hunde gab. Zudem hat mich ein Hund (zum Glück angeleint) laut angebellt und angefletscht, sodass ich dann nicht mit im Lift gefahren bin (der Besitzer hat sich nicht entschuldigt oder zumindest etwas Verständnis gezeigt!)

Cons:

The front desk staff was incredibly rude. Although I paid for my room well in advance, when I arrived to check in, there were more charges and fees that I was never informed about. It was a very negative experience.

Nice place to stay

Very good location. Location is close to many places to eat and shop. Room was comfortable size and the bed was like a pillow. Slept very well. Staff were friendly and engaging. Nice place to stay.
