Pros:

Good:
- kind personel at check-in
- clean, cold watered outdoorpool
- air condition
Bad:
- horrendous smell (possibly the carpet or the plumbing) especially in the room but also in the hallways
- only paper dishes and plastic cuttlery at breakfast
- only very few chairs at the pool, no pool towels included
- many appliances didn‘t work (TVs in the rooom, tumble dryer, washing machine, stepper at the gym, ice machine)
- small shampoo bottles of the hotel were dirty/ already opened

La qualité de la literie.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant. Ne dis pas bonjour et lorsque nous avons affaire avec lui à l'accueil préfère faire du Tik Tok que de me répondre.
La piscine est moyennement entretenue, avec un emplacement à côté d'un parking et des climatisations qui tournent continuellement.
Cette avie a été partagée avec d'autres personnes lors de mon séjour.
Au niveau de la laverie, une seule machine sur deux fonctionnait.

Pros:

2 Queen Beds in a room was more comfortable. Location was good and near to the tourist attractions like horseshoe bend, Antelope Canyon and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend reserving this hotel.
