La gente muy linda y amable, pero por políticas del hotel me dieron un trato de delincuente

Cons:

Las políticas del hotel están fuera de estándares internacionales. Responden a un empresariado guatemalteco extractivista violador de los derechos laborales basado en máxima ganancia mínima inversión. Un hotel de 3 estrellas que cobra como te 5.

Pros:

Great pool, directly at the beach, friendly staff (I don't speak a lot of Spanish but everyone was super friendly and welcoming), really relaxing atmosphere, everything you need to enjoy a few relaxing days

Cons:

Room could have been a bit cleaner, shuttles are a bit expensive compared to other areas of Guatemala

Hotel bonito para descansar un par de días.
Pros:

El hotel muy bonito y limpio a la vista. La atención en recepción muy buena. Hotel ordenado y con parqueo seguro. La piscina muy grande y muy buena para niños y adultos. La variedad de comida muy buena.

Cons:

Hay sobre-precio en la comida aprovechando la lejanía a restaurantes, mucho zancudo en el restaurante, en las habitaciones se escucha al vecino hablar, el bar de la piscina no funciona siempre. Hacen trabajo de mantenimiento (jardín) enfrente de los huéspedes (molesta el ruido) El baño tenía arañas (conté 7, caos si tienes niños)

Buena experiencia en la playa
Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño como de unas 20 habitaciones pero bonito y tranquilo, me gusto la comida era muy rica y en buena cantidad, la atención, la ubicación, la playa y la piscina muy agradables.

Cons:

Las camas las sentí muy duras, se escuchaba que estaban cortando la grama con podadora a las 6:15 de la mañana, deberían de fumigar, casi nos comen vivos los zancudos, y pienso que debería de haber más personal de seguridad y salvavidas, el único personal de seguridad que vimos estaba en el ingreso al hotel, en la noche todo se ve muy solitario y desprotegido.
