GAIA Cosmo Hotel

Vacation trip and also have something to do about school for my son to search universty in this city.

The restaurant facilities may need to be upgraded or better organized, as the breakfast area becomes too crowded during peak hours. The fruit selection was also quite dry and did not seem fresh.
Additionally, the swimming pool and gym close too early at 6:00 PM, whereas many guests typically prefer to work out after office hours.
Other than these points, everything was excellent. The security personnel, receptionists, and all staff members were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay.

Staff and hospitality

Finally stayed for a weekend in Gaia Cosmo. The hotel design and interior are unique and inviting. The staffs from Security at the lobby to Waiter at Semeja and Inspira were all friendly.
The room was just right for the space and amenities. The separated shower and toilet helped me managed our morning time with my room mate.
Breakfast was simple, efficient and tasty. Love it.
Not experienced the pool and gym yet due to tight agenda and activities.
I stayed during its 10th anniversary celebration and I could feel the happy vibes around the hotel. Congratulations Gaia Cosmo, More Successful Years to Come.

Definitely will come back if travelling to Jogja. Really worth the value. Very satisfied with the days spent here.

I love staying here when in Jogja
Comfy room (Family room with living room)
But the bathub needs some reparation
And the electrical needs some adjustment
I like is the pool. But the breakfast time has to be scheduled during check in time maybe, because the breakfast area is not to big and the foods have to be served better (Refill when it's already almost runs out)

The place and their hospitaly is great, for sure will come back again.

Recommended place for Family Trip

this hotel is great hotel for their services, cleanliness, and location. Some feedbacks need to be addressed were WiFi that need to be strengthened and available iron for each room

Stayed there for 3 nights,
The room are spacious and clean.
The AC work very well and the service was excellent 👍🏻
Breakfast have a lot variety of menu
Parking lot always full so they provide valet parking

Ubicacion

This was my first time staying here after visiting Jogja many times. I had passed by this hotel a few times and grew curious because of its unique exterior. I finally decided to stay here the day before Eid recently.

Upon arrival, the hotel was already crowded, and I was quite surprised by the small parking area in front. However, we were greeted by the staff who offered valet parking, and it turned out the hotel has a much larger parking lot located 50 meters before the property.

During check-in, we were assisted by friendly and responsive staff, so we didn't have to wait long to get our room. The waiting lounge has a cool, cozy atmosphere and is very comfortable to sit in.

The room itself is quite aesthetic, though as a suggestion, it would be great if they could add a mini-fridge to store cold drinks. The other facilities are great, featuring both adult and kids' swimming pools, a lush and green surrounding atmosphere, and a good variety of breakfast options. Definitely worth the price paid

I had a very pleasant stay at GAIA Cosmo Hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the bed, it was extremely comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
I also really liked the amenities provided in the room. Everything was well prepared and thoughtful, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The room itself was clean and nicely maintained.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and good value.
I would happily stay here again in the future.

After including Gaia Cosmo Hotel on my bucket list, finally I had the chance to stay there. My experience was excellent. Swiftly checked in and out. Room display exactly liked they advertise. Variety breakfast menus, include jamu. Easy access to every part of the city. Last but not the least, I loved the sheets and blanket! Because it was so smooth and made me curious about the brand. I will back for sure.

room is spacious and clean, but can improve by repairing the leaking shower head.
breakfast is nice with lots food variety and the taste is quite good.
