Camera spațioasă, micul dejun bun, curățenia, locatoa aproape de centru, piscina.

Skvelý útulný hotel, výborná reštaurácia.
Pros:

Raňajky boli veľmi chutné a mali veľký výber. Dokonca ponuku prispôsobili jeseni, mali zázvorovo-kurkumové shoty na posilnenie imunity.

Cons:

Prvý večer sme mali trošku poroblém s kúrením, ale keď som požiadala na recepcii, tak nám to prišli opraviť. Wellness bol trošku problematický - bazén, vírivka aj sauny boli spolu, neboli oddelené. To znamená, že v saunách sa ľudia sanovali v plavkách a bolo tam dosť hlučno, keďže v bazéne boli rodiny s deťmi. Taktiež lehátok v oddychovej zóne nebol dostatok.

Un séjour vraiment agréable avec tout le nécessaire dans un endroit très sympa et calme
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’espace dans les chambres, la propreté et la piscine: tout est très neuf et bien agencé. La bouilloire pour faire ma petite tisane le matin et les sets de toilette sont les petits trucs en plus très appréciables.

Cons:

La couette pour deux était un peu petite mais j’en ai demandé une autre et on me l’a donnée aussitôt.

Good spa with nice pool and jacuzzi, excellent breakfast, very clean room, cleaned spotless every day. Staff was professional, a bit cold, but not unfriendly. Location is good, 10 minutes walk to the Forum mall, public transport available within walking distance but Uber is cheap. Spotless toilets at reception and restaurant area. Breakfast staff absolutely impecable, everything replenished fast, everything very well organized. Room: everything working as it should, nothing noisy, nothing broken, comfy bed, all spotless.

Cons:

A bald man, maybe some low level manager, almost shouting at us to forbid us taking a towel from spa to the room upstairs. I elegantly ignored him. He needs to chill tf down. If I didnt have to deal with his little power trip, I would have rated the hotel 10/10, easily. Chill, man, your towel will return.
The pool, while big enough, warm and very clean, was too busy on Tuesday evening, as little kids had swimming lessons, so hotel customers had either to put up with the noise and splashing, or to leave the spa area.

Cons:

Should have had bathrobes at the room, as it was a hassle to have to go to the spa, Get them, and then return them or face a fine. Should also have more than one size as people come in different sides.
Could have had extra pillows in the room like most hotels do.

Rewelacyjne usytuowanie. Przemiła obsługa. Cały hotel jest bardzo czysty łącznie z ubikacjami przy salach konferencyjnych.
