Breakfast good but otherwise not the best place for us.
Pros:

We did not have any troubles with noise, breakfast was good and in a decent location.

Cons:

The room was very small. The shower did not drain properly and flooded the floor. You need staff to let you in and out of property, we were left stuck inside property when our tour bus was waiting for us and we couldnt find staff, messaged the emergency mobile number but this was left charging on the desk. It also took a very long time to gain access at one stage and were left out in the cold.

Hotel simpático
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, um lugar bem tranquilo, mas bem perto de muitos bares e do pátio Bellavista. A casa do hotel é bem simpática.

Cons:

Não há elevador para os quartos do piso superior. O quarto que ficamos (térreo) é bem apertado.

A preocupação com os hóspedes, saíamos cedo para os passeios e eles deixavam pronto o nosso lanche de café da manhã. Achei muito bacana a atitude. Neo, a recepcionista, muito atenciosa. Nota 1000! As meninas da cozinha também, muito simpáticas e atenciosas!

Fantastic
Pros:

Wonderful staff, exceptional breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh smoothies, pancakes, great coffee.
Being able to use a fully equipped kitchen is a massive bonus for evening meals.
The location is brilliant, near to Parque Metropolitano de Santiago and in a safe neighbourhood with plenty of eateries nearby.
Comfy room with a good shower and clean facilities. We'd gladly recommend staying here to family and friends visiting Santiago or stopping over.

Cons:

Our only small recommendation would be to add some more soft furnishings in the corridors and on the stairs to reduce noise from foot traffic as it echoes a bit. Otherwise the place is faultless.

Confortável e próximo ao Cerro San Cristobal

O hotel possui camas confortáveis e funcionários muito atenciosos. O local é silencioso e próximo a restaurantes e atrações turísticas. O café da manhã é simples e servido na mesa, mas com opções saborosas e frescas.

Cons:

No quarto, sentimos falta de uma mesa e de um espelho fora do banheiro. A caminhada até o metrô leva cerca de 15min.
