Siempre una agradable estadía
Pros:

El desayuno siempre muy rico. Quedé demasiado agradecida con el personal, ya que me accidente este viaje y me cambiaron a una habitación en el primer piso, con el fin de desplazarme con mayor comodidad.

Além da ótima localização, os funcionários são excelentes: simpáticos, dispostos para tornar a estadia uma extensão da nossa casa.
Pudemos degustar uma taça de vinho como cortesia, um mimo que faz toda diferença.

E não posso deixar de citar que nos preparam o café da manhã para levar nos os dias em que precisamos sair às 5h da manhã para os passeios da neve. Isso foi incrível.

Recomendo muito. Espero poder voltar outras vezes.

Aconchegante e confortável.
Pros:

O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso. Preparado na hora, a pedido, e não em forma de buffet, deixa a experiência muito mais agradável e saborosa. A equipe é simpática e atenciosa, se esforça para atender e entender o portunhol dos brasileiros, e presta auxílio em tudo que está ao seu alcance. Os quartos são simples, mas atendem ao necessário. São limpos e incrivelmente confortáveis.

Cons:

Os quartos são pequenos e possuem poucas comodidades. Falta um frigobar e uma mesa com cadeira para acomodar tudo. Além disso, as comodidades de banho não são de muita qualidade. Nada disso prejudica a experiência, mas são pontos a melhorar.

A simpatia dos funcionários, o café da manhã , a cama confortável, o chuveiro bom, a limpeza do quarto e o aquecedor.

Cons:

O barulho do ar condicionado e do aquecedor, pois tenho o sono leve e isso atrapalhou meu sono, e faltou trocar as toalhas( ficamos uma semana e não trocaram as toalhas)
