Refreshing stay that helped me rejuvenate.

Not acceptable.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location

Cons:

The room was not up to my expectations. The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the air conditioning had problems with the air pressure and there was not shower gel in the shower room containers.

OK--I doubt I will stay there again. Convenient access to the Airport was my criteria for selection.
Pros:

Nice people who were helpful to the degree they were able.
Good B-Fast

Cons:

The first room they gave me did not have hot water, and I had to move to another room.
The second room had hot water in the sink, but not in the shower. A cold shower after international travel was not what I had in mind for my 24 hr. lay-over in Pt. Moresby. Very disappointing.
I should get a refund??
