Very comfortable stay close to BIFF square

Pros:

員工很親切。這次入住家庭房很大間，有桌椅可以做額外的置物空間。浴室+廁所的空間也很大，不會覺得很狹窄。

Cons:

房間整體風格看起來比較古老一點點。
吹風機插進插座裡會掉下來，要插深一點，但又不太好拔，可能是我還不習慣韓國插座。
地理位置距離biff廣場走路大概15分鐘，其實也不遠，但飯店周圍會看起來冷清一些。

Pros:

The staff were pleasant and the location was good

Cons:

The room stank of smoke and they were fully booked so couldn't move us the first night. They did move us the second but asked that we pack our bags and leave them at reception and leave the hotel then move into the new room later in the day which wasn't the most convenient.

The breakfast was fairly grim, only had it the first night and passed the rest even though it was free.

The restaurant and rooms are pretty soulless with no decor.

Rooms need better sound insulation. Could here other people's door alarms constantly

The staff was friendly and the check in/out process was quite simple. Parking was available onsite.

Cons:

The room was very outdated and old. Unfortunately, the room we were allocated had a bathroom that flooded each time we used the shower. The drain is on the outside of the actual shower and the water took very long to drain. When raised with staff, they were apologetic and said there was not much they could do except change rooms. We were only there for a short stay (2nts).
