Wonderful hotel with amazing staff and beautiful mountain views
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Elegant Hotel and left with wonderful memories.

First of all, we would like to mention the beautiful surroundings and stunning mountain views. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying nature.

We had a difficult travel situation: due to an airline flight rescheduling, we arrived one day later than planned. Despite this, the hotel staff kindly helped adjust our booking dates without any financial loss, which we truly appreciated.

The staff were exceptional — very kind, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. They were always in touch with us while we were still in Russia, answered our questions quickly, and helped us organize our trip.

We also received a very warm welcome upon arrival: welcome drinks and beautiful flower garlands, which immediately made us feel special and welcomed. As an additional surprise, we were upgraded free of charge from a Deluxe Room to a Super Deluxe Room, which was incredibly kind.

We would also like to thank the hotel for arranging airport transfers and transportation to our next hotel. This was especially helpful because the hotel is located in a less obvious area, where arranging regular taxis independently can be difficult.

In addition, the hotel organized a private full-day tour around Kandy by car at a reasonable price, which was very convenient and enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious, and overall the hotel atmosphere felt warm, peaceful and welcoming.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, and truly caring hospitality.

Au calme loin du tumulte de Kandy
Pros:

Très bon accueil dans ce petit hôtel confortable et propre, personnel aux petits soins, grande chambre avec terrasse. Une mention spéciale pour la jolie piscine bien soignée et calme d’où on contemple les montagnes alentours.

Pros:

Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’être upgradés vers une chambre plus confortable. Celle-ci bénéficiait d’une vue incroyable. La piscine est également super.

Cons:

Le repas était le plus cher que nous avons eu lors de tout notre séjour et malheureusement également le moins bon. Vu la localisation il est impossible de manger en dehors de l’hôtel sans voiture.

Idyllic surroundings and a lovely team of people who looked after us very well.
Pros:

Everything. Perfect place to unwind. We were extremely well looked after. Food and service and spa excellent. The swimming pool and gorgeous views.We experienced a lovely and very big room and slept incredibly well. The location is a few kilometres outside Kandy and that was fine for us. We used Pick me to visit the sights.
