Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.

Check out time is 11.00.

Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Perfect location and very convenient with multiple tram lines and close to the museum by walking distance.
Daily clean and towels fuifllment.

Cons:

The street is under construction, the noise starts from early morning 7:30am, Nova Apartment is at middle of street, you need to carry the luggages through the temporary road , canot arrive by car in front of the door...... surprised me while the first day arrival with rainy day
Nova apartment didn't inform the guest prior to the stay start. Not sure when the construction will be done. FYI.

Pros:

A estadia superou minhas expectativas! O apartamento tem excelente tamanho, é super bem equipado e estava muito limpo! O chuveiro é excelente, o melhor dos hotéis que fiquei na viagem! O processo de self checkin é bem fácil! O apartamento também é muito bem localizado, em uma área tranquila e próxima de supermercado, farmácia e de algumas das principais atrações da cidade!

It was good except for the serious inconvenience of the street closure which we were not forewarned.
Pros:

Nice apartment in a great location. Lift is a bonus.

Cons:

The road outside the apartment is completely closed at present restricting any access to the street by car and having to drag luggage along the very rough temporay footpath.

Goede keuze!
Pros:

Het appartement is gezellig, functioneel en de locatie is centraal voor (ons) werk.
Ook erg prettig dat er airco is! Zou er zeker graag opnieuw logeren!

Cons:

De straat lag open, dus je kunt er niet met de auto in rijden, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.
Bij terugkomst in de avond hing er een riool lucht in het appartement. Na een poosje verdween de lucht, maar het rook niet echt lekker.
Zou ook heel fijn zijn als er een melkschuimer zou zijn, maar ik ben nu aan het zeuren!!

Not a tier 1 or 2 option, tier 3 at best. But if you're booking last minute, might be okay.
Pros:

The flat had a dishwasher, and a nice coffee machine.

Cons:

The pictures make it look like this amazing flat with tons of sunlight, a nice view, etc. We arrived and the whole street had construction works happening. Sand everywhere, scaffolding, noise, etc. Our flat was below ground level (not something we chose obviously) with barely any natural lighting.

The staff were not helpful. You can check in after 4 pm if I remember correct, but you check out at 11 am. We were working from home and my girlfriend had an urgent meeting put in on the same day from 10:45-11:30. I called an messaged the staff to explain the situation and ask them to check out at 11:30, they said no.

The cleanliness was not amazing either. The "clean" towels smelled funny.

It was hard to access and room keys were left in another persons name and assessable to anyone entering the complex - the apartment was very hard to access wit our suitcases and being over 50’s getting them up and down the stairs to a basement room was extremely hard and dangerous

Pros:

Clean, good location, nice area, great bed, very quiet, very close to the tram station.

Cons:

Very annoying that the knives didn't work properly. Also the only pam the kitchen has is damage, very disappointed. It could have been great to add some rooibos tea bags for the second day, rather than just providing more coffee capsules. The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location
Pros:

This was spacious, airy, in an excellent location, within a few minutes walk of all the main museums and galleries, near a supermarket and restaurants and on a quiet, attractive street.
It was also a few minutes walk from the bus stop opposite the Van Gogh museum where you could catch a fast bus direct to Schiphol Airport.

Check in went smoothly and the receptionist was kind and welcoming.

Our bed was very comfortable and it had a spacious, well designed bathroom with walk in shower.

The kitchen was well equipped

Cons:

We liked everything.
The only regret was that we couldn’t get the multifunction oven to work. We contacted the hotel about this and they emailed the handbook but we remained unsuccessful.
However, the hot plates and everything else worked well.

利便性がよく治安がとてもいいのでおすすめです！
Pros:

アムステルダム中央駅からトラム２４番でコンセルトセボウ駅から徒歩３分でアパートまで行けるのでアクセスは抜群に良いです。近くにアルバートの大きめスーパーもあり長期滞在には便利です。
レストラン、カフェもあり、またゴッホ、ライクス美術館へ、気持ちいい芝生の上を歩いて行けるのが最高でした。
アパートのタオル交換もベットメイキングも毎日してくれるので良かったです。特に、清掃をしてくれた人が親切で本当にきちんとしてくれて滞在中いろいろと助かりました。
またこのアパートにリピしたいと思いました。価格が高いのでもう少し安ければ更に最高です！！

Cons:

良くない点ではありませんが、レセプションの人がいないので注意点を記載しておきます。チェックインについては１４時以降であれば問題はないと思いますが、チェックインより早めに到着した時に荷物を預かってもらう所がない。たまたま掃除している人が親切で清掃中の部屋に入れてくれて、荷物を置かせてくれたので良かったです。もし早めの到着なら、アパートの中のエレベーター前に置くしかないので、セキリュティは事故責任になると思う。
テーブルに部屋のカードキーが置かれているだけなので通常のチェックインとは違うところです。
キッチンはフルキッチンですが、レンジ機能がオーブンと同じなので慣れてないと、使い方が分かりにくいので簡単な使い方マニュアルみたいなのがあれば良いなと思いました。受付へ問い合わせしても取説をPDFで送られてくるだけでした。オーブンの電源の元栓が入ってなかったのが原因で結局は清掃員に来てもらうことになりましたが、使い方なども確認ができたので問題はありませんでした。
