Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Nice hotel with good amenities. It had good space for the time of year with great sun bed availability.

The spa at the hotel was phenomenal!!!! It was the highlight of our stay.

Cons:

Personally, the gym space needs updating, it’s small for such a large hotel - yet they have a huge empty room right above it no one uses. I personally think the reception team is a let down. White we had some issues that were addressed when we arrived, we faced some issues at departure and it left a sour taste in our mouth. Had to leave at 5am for the airport, no lights on staircases at all, making it unsafe. The team asked if bags need to be collected and then didn’t collect them.

A real 10/10 place to stay at
Pros:

This was our top experience in Koh Samui, the hotel is just right next to the fisherman market which is a great location for evening strolls. Its super close to everything else.
Everything is super high quality and thought through. Really this is just a great 10/10 experience
Right on the beach you cross a walkway and your there. There many included activities.
The swimming pool is large and wonderful with staff service of the highest quality.

Cons:

Nothing. I hate when people say nothing, but honestly - Nothing

Great hotel, amazing location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The Hansar is on of the best hotels in the Fisherman’s Village area with by far the best pool. Staff are great, and location is amazing with only 100 meters to the Village. Your only problem will be what cocktail to order, so enjoy.

Everything was truly amazing — the service, food, rooms, spa, and bar were all perfect.

A lovely breakfast! there was a gluten-free station, which was really nice and convenient. It was amazing, we were very happy.

The Handsome Hansar- sea views and a step away from all the action.
Pros:

The hotel is in an ideal location just a few steps from Fisherman's Village and its infamous night market yet far enough away to feel like an oasis of calm. The pool is very large and has a great view of the sea. Restaurants and bars have very friendly and attentive staff whilst serving excellent food and cocktails.

Cons:

The towels that the hotel provided for the pool did not smell very fresh and, as ever in these resorts, there were not enough sun beds to go around at times. There was no attendant at the pool and as a result, some guests were not as respectful of the rules or of other residents as they might have been if they were being supervised.

Pros:

The hotel was ideally placed, at the end of the walking street of Fisher men's village. Really calm and peaceful.
The swimming pool and the restaurant had an amazing view on the beach, although the was not the prettiest of the island.
The staff were really kind and competent.
The room was spacious and always clean.

Overall it was a relaxing experience

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good.the property is beautiful. Check-in was smooth

Cons:

Spa should have been on lower level. Could have short duration speedboat tours for couples.
For just 2 of us,there was a huge minivan booked for island tour.One or 2 Indian dishes to be included in the restaurant menu.

Die Top Lage, sehr großer Pool längs des Meeres ausgerichtet.
Zimmer in der 1.und 2.Etage alle ohne Unmittelbaren Pflanzen, somit optimal zu nutzen ohne viele Stechmücken.
