Zusammengefasst: Preis Leistungsverhältnis war nicht so gut. Es ist zu teuer gewesen für das was es geboten hat.
Pros:

Alles super. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichlich Trinkwasser an der Rezeption im Kühlschrank. Lage war super. Pool Bereich super. Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir den Strand nicht nutzen weil Ebbe war und das Meerwasser sehr warm war . Das Wasser im Pool ist auch sehr warm. Abkühlung war leider nicht möglich. Wir sind immer an andere Strände gefahren.

We’ve been here 3 times now. We absolutely love this resort!!
Pros:

Lovely resort, friendly staff and wonderful daily breakfast beachside. Villas are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No complaints. For those who are not fit or disabled, the stairs to the beach/breakfast may be difficult. For us, it was fine.

Wonderful stay at Hansar Samui Resort & Spa
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hansar Samui Resort & Spa. The beachfront location in Fisherman’s Village is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views, the infinity pool is stunning, and the breakfast was excellent. What really made our stay special was the warm and attentive service from the staff. A relaxing and luxurious resort that we would happily return to and highly recommend.

La experiencia fue increíble, tanto el hotel, facilities y personal son muy top!
Habitaciones perfectas, grandes limpias y modernas.
Tiene mucha oferta de actividades dentro del propio hotel, destacar también el restaurante y el buffet del desayuno!!
Ubicación muy buena, estratégicamente bien situado sin estar directamente en el foco del turismo.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Nice hotel with good amenities. It had good space for the time of year with great sun bed availability.

The spa at the hotel was phenomenal!!!! It was the highlight of our stay.

Cons:

Personally, the gym space needs updating, it’s small for such a large hotel - yet they have a huge empty room right above it no one uses. I personally think the reception team is a let down. White we had some issues that were addressed when we arrived, we faced some issues at departure and it left a sour taste in our mouth. Had to leave at 5am for the airport, no lights on staircases at all, making it unsafe. The team asked if bags need to be collected and then didn’t collect them.

A real 10/10 place to stay at
Pros:

This was our top experience in Koh Samui, the hotel is just right next to the fisherman market which is a great location for evening strolls. Its super close to everything else.
Everything is super high quality and thought through. Really this is just a great 10/10 experience
Right on the beach you cross a walkway and your there. There many included activities.
The swimming pool is large and wonderful with staff service of the highest quality.

Cons:

Nothing. I hate when people say nothing, but honestly - Nothing

Great hotel, amazing location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The Hansar is on of the best hotels in the Fisherman’s Village area with by far the best pool. Staff are great, and location is amazing with only 100 meters to the Village. Your only problem will be what cocktail to order, so enjoy.
