Four Stars Hotel

The hotel was not clean at all, and the room had a foul smell. The toilet was dirty, and they didn't even provide shampoo. Although there was a TV, it barely worked.
The window wouldn't close completely, letting in cold air, and the heater was out of order. All the electrical outlets were UK-style only, with no adapters available. On top of that, the floor was uneven and squeaked with every step.

There is no facility for making AT or coffee. Would you please get this drink on the premises?.

The room had a desk which I needed for work , but the chair was not very comfortable to sit on for any reasonable length of time. It was only a stool so it had no back.

La habitación no cumplió nuestras expectativas ya que la cama era demasiado incómoda y no se podía dormir ya que te clavas los muelles del colchón por todo el cuerpo, la limpieza del baño era escasa y necesita un arreglo el plato de ducha. Además había limpieza pero en el ambiente se veía polvo.

Room clearly hadn't been cleaned, the bedding looked new on but that's it. No hand soap or shampoo/shower gel provided. 1 towel each, no housekeeping so this wasn't changed. Shower dripped constantly and shower tray wasn't sealed properly so bathroom floor was flooded the entire time we were there. Window didn't close properly and were woken both mornings before 6am by people outside so loud they may as well have been in the room with us. Special thanks to the man who woke me up being sick before unloading his van for half an hour

Mattress needs modernization is all.

The location is extremely noisy, particularly if your room faces the road. There is heavy traffic throughout the day and well into the night, with constant cars honking their horns. The poor condition of the windows does little to reduce the noise, and closing or opening them made virtually no difference.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress that allowed me to feel practically every spring. The walls were also paper-thin, meaning I could hear people in neighbouring rooms, even something as minor as a sneeze.

Getting to the room was another challenge, involving several flights of very narrow, cramped staircases. The shower was ridiculously small and uncomfortable. At 6 feet 1 inch tall, I practically had to kneel down just to wash my hair.

Cleanliness and bedding standards were equally disappointing. The towels were stained, and the bed sheets were no longer white. I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the bedding that I chose to sleep on top of the covers rather than underneath them.

What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the establishment presents itself as a four-star hotel, despite being officially rated as a two-star property. Based on my experience, even that rating feels generous.

Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. Between the relentless traffic noise, uncomfortable bed, paper-thin walls, cramped facilities, difficult access and questionable standards of cleanliness, I would struggle to recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion, it barely meets the standard of a one-star establishment, let alone anything resembling a four-star hotel

Les instal·lacions són impròpies d'un hotel en una ciutat com Londres. És molt antic. L'habitació és molt petita i la neteja tampoc és la desitjable. Necessita una reforma integral urgent

Rettentően cigi szag volt a szobában, a fürdőszoba elég koszos, minden vízköves. A szobaajtót egy nagyobb lökéssel be lehet nyomni, a zár ellenére is, és a hotelban több helyen ki van írva, hogy nem vállalnak felelősséget a szobában hagyott értékért…

Las habitaciones eran una vergüenza: pequeñas, viejas, sucias, sin armario, la cama era una catre son plástico en la parte de arriba unido al colchón y un somier con dos varillas finas por lo que carecía de firmeza, la almohada tan fina que era como no tener, la ventana con el cierre roto por lo que se colaba el frío, no había toalla de manso y al solicitarla nos dijeron que no daban, las toallas de ducha eran del tamaño de las toallas de mano, el Wc hacía ruido y goteaba, la ducha no tenía presión y el agua salía hirviendo. Lamentable

La limpieza escaseaba y el colchón era enano y súper cedido. El baño no estaba limpio. Había un mosquito aplastado en la puerta del baño que llevaría ahí desde el Pleistoceno.
