A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent service and genuinely helpful staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with our experience. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated and the bathroom was equally impressive. A very special mention must go to Adam , the concierge who was very friendly,welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed assistance or encountered difficulty, he was always ready to help and made everything so much easier for us. The location was super central too.

Sehr angenehm. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Barcelona, kommen wir gerne in dieses Hotel zurück.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nicht direkt an der Ramblas aber in der Altstadt unweit vom Zentrum und in Laufweite von diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Strand. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir erst wenige Stunden vor Eintreffen gebucht haben, war das Zimmer perfekt für unsere Ansprüche vorbereitet und es wartete sogar eine persönliche Begrüssungskarte sowie eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit für unsere Tochter auf uns. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich gut, frisch und mit grosser Auswahl. Die frisch und nach persönlichem Gusto zubereiteten Omeletten waren vorzüglich. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Pool aufgrund des Wetters nicht geniessen, auch den SPA-Bereich mussten wir aufgrund unseres kurzen Aufenthaltes auslassen.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Fahrt in die Altstadt ist eine Katastrophe und das Parkieren im nahegelegenen Parkhaus mit 30.- Euro recht teuer aber vermutlich lokal im normalen Bereich. Barcelona hat ein gutes Netz an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und das Hotel ist so gut zu erreichen.

Bra hotell, centralt.
Pros:

Rent, bra läge - nära till det mesta att se och göra. AC på rummet var bra, gick att reglera själv vilket var mycket bra. Toalettartiklar bra. Sängen var skön. De flesta i personalen var trevliga. Tyst rum och läge. Omelett till frukost som gjordes på begäran. Hotellets terrass med liten pool var rent och fräscht, trevligt och lagom för oss som hade bra väder trots säsongen . (Kall pool)

Cons:

Kaffemaskinens vattenbehållaren var trasig så locket kunde inte sättas på, byttes inte ut trots påpekande. Badrockarna var alldeles för små, står Large men var för små även för mig som är dam small i storlek. När vi påtalade detta fick vi till svar att det var standard storlek och inget att göra åt. Litet gym med otillräcklig AC. Frukosten var ok men kaffemaskinen var otroligt långsam och skapade kö. Vårt rum hade fönster med utsikt mot innergården, i ett hörn, vilket gjorde att vi tittade rakt in i motsatt sidas hotellrum, på grund av detta upplevdes rummet instängt och vi fick ha fördraget fönster hela tiden.
