Great location but not really a kids hotel, breakfast was average and only 1 beer on draught
Pros:

The location was spot on and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The ‘pool’ isn’t really a pool, you can’t swim in there it’s pretty much a kids pool

Perfect location and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Perfect location a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Rooftop bar and pool was fab, the views from the roof were amazing! Rooms were beautiful and the spa. Staff were so so lovely - really friendly, helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating! Highly recommend

Excellent.....keep up the good work.
Pros:

Location is exceptionally central....all is walking distance.
Rooms are super clean and modern with good shower facilities. Breakfast is also very nice. And staff are always happy to help out. Well done

Cons:

Pool is slightly small but manageable. We enjoyed it

The location was very nice and the beds were very comfortable,staff were very helpful and kind the pool was very nice so was the spa.

Cons:

The gym was a bit small for more then two people and the sauna was broken for a while.

Friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Nice hotel with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
All staff were very helpful, providing advice and suggestions on what to do, where to go, etc. Made our first stay in Barelona very enjoyable.
Highly recommended.

Fantastisch hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Wij hebben een maal ontbeten in het hotel. Ontbijt was echt wel in orde, alleen jammer dat het in de kelder is.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, our room was ready, Alfredo welcomed us and provided great recommendations for local dining. Our room was beautiful. The hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to Casa Batllo. The staff was exceptional across the board, especially Tino (who was everywhere) and Ruth.

Wonderful Barcelona stay with proximity to many attractions and wonderful staff
Pros:

The location was extremely central and the staff was very helpful. I absolutely loved my stay here, though it was short.
