Notre séjour c’est très bien passé.
Pros:

La situation géographique et l’architecture du bâtiment

Cons:

Les réservations au bar. Pas vraiment de spontanéité possible.
La qualité des produits alimentaires tous issus de l’industrie agroalimentaire. On s’attendrait à mieux au niveau du choix des produits surtout pour ce rapport qualité / prix

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen obwohl wir eine sehr große Bettdecke hatten
Pros:

Sehr ruhig und sehenswerte Aussicht

Cons:

Die Minibar/Kühlschrank hätte mit Selter, Bier oder/und Saft bestückt sein können
Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen da es mir persönlich zu teuer war

Pros:

Die super tolle Aussicht und die Größe der Zimmer.

Cons:

Für fast 450 Euro die Nacht pro Person muss man mehr Luxus erwarten können.
Aber hier kostet alles was mehr wie eine Flasche Wasser ist extra.
Die Gäste können eigentlich nichts dafür das dieser Palast um 800 Millionen teurer wurde als geplant.

Ein einmaliger Aufenthalt in einem herausragenden Ambiente
Pros:

Einmalige Lage mit tollem Ausblick und super Verkehrsanbindung mit U-Bahn und Fähre.
Absolut empfehlenswert ist es sich ein Konzert zu gönnen und das ganze Gebäude damit zu erleben. Der Service ist klasse, aber vor allem herzlich und zugewandt. Die Bar führt leckere Kleinigkeiten und tolle Weine, glänzt insbesondere durch eine super Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Der Pool- und Saunabereich ist sehr schlicht, die Zeit kann man besser investieren.

In so einem 5 Sterne Haus hat uns ein bisschen überrascht und irritiert dass und bei der Abreise in der Rezeption niemand gefragt hat ob es uns gefallen hat,ob wir zufrieden waren…Es ist nicht schlimm aber ich denke dass es sich schon gehört.

Pros:

Natürlich Top-Lage für einen Elphi Besuch!

Cons:

Check in wie immer sehr lange.
Noch immer keine Minibar gefüllt.
Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) war defekt, in BEIDEN Zimmern!
Roomservice für 3 Cappucinos und 1 Café Creme dauerte 40 min und OHNE Kaffee …

Ich denke, es gibt keine bessere Lage, um Hamburg bequem besichtigen und genießen zu können. Wunderschöne Aussicht, komfortables Zimmer und Bad. Perfekt, um das Erlebnis noch mit einem Konzert in Philharmonie zu verbinden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Für den Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Es gab unsaubere Stellen und Möbel/ Ausstattung Teile, bei denen die Nutzapuren sehr deutlich waren. Das ist aber nur ein Preis-Leistung Problem. Sonst ein besonderes und sehr empfehlenswertes Erlebnis!

Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel, wir werden es irgendwann wieder tun...
Pros:

Zwar ist das Hotel nicht im Zentrum gelegen, doch die schöne Aussicht lohnt sich.

Cons:

Manchmal ist etwas viel Trubel durch die vielen Besucher - auch tagsüber -, die nur die Elbphilharmonie besichtigen wollen..
Auch für das Fahrstuhlsystem muss man lernfähig sein, da alles erst im 8. Stock beginnt.

Der Ausblick ist außergewöhnlich! Sehr freundliches Personal im Service!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings erwarte ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel frische Backwaren. Glutenfreie Optionen waren vorhanden, allerdings habe ich diese in anderen Hotels schon besser gegessen.
