Convenient for hiking
Pros:

The location is great for hiking. The property is charming.

Cons:

For the price of the room, a tea kettle / coffee maker would have been nice.

Das schöne Hotel kann die negativen Dinge leider nicht überblenden.
Pros:

Das Hotel lag ausgesprochen ruhig - die Straße war trotz Feiertag (Himmelfahrt) nicht zu hören. Die Zimmer waren nicht hellhörig.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück wurde nichts nachgefüllt (Saftgläser, Brötchen, Joghurt) und die Wurst war eher aus der Großpackung. Bei zwei Abendessen einmal vergessen zu werden und das andere mal über 60 Minuten auf das Essen warten zu müssen, ist leider keine Glanzleistung. Das Parken für 5 Euro/Tag wurde berechnet, obwohl der Parkplatz überfüllt war und nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Alles super, Essen, Zimmer, Personal

Cons:

Die Dusche war etwas speziell. Wechsel zischen kalt und warm und geringer Wasserdruck.
Aber das war auch wirklich das Einzige, wo es etwas auszusetzen gibt.

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

In den 5 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal unser Zimmer gereinigt. An 2 Tagen hatten wir "Bitte nicht stören" an der Tür. Bei der Abreise war man erstaunt, die Kollegin sei nur vormittags da, wir hatten aber mindestens täglich 1 Stunde im Frühstücksraum verbracht.

Sehr schön geführtes Hotel, traditionell.
Sehr gute Küche, immer lecker!

Cons:

Kleine Reparaturarbeiten wären an manchen Stellen im Zimmer notwendig.

gutes Hotel in toller Lage; hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Zittauer Gebirge;
Preise für Unterkunft und Mahlzeiten sind am oberen Limit und in unseren Augen selbst bei 4 Sterne leicht übertrieben;
