Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding support we received from Efe and his colleagues.

During our stay, we faced a serious and unexpected situation, and Efe and the entire team went above and beyond to help us. They showed genuine care, professionalism, and compassion, standing by our side when we needed assistance the most. Their dedication and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, but it is the remarkable staff that deserves special recognition. Efe and his colleagues demonstrated what true hospitality means, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.

We highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank Efe and the team once again for their exceptional support and kindness.

Efe and the hotel porter are the best at the hotel really helpful very kind. Specially Efe assisted us in our daily tour
Pros:

Deluxe twin room sea view amazing view on the golden horn.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is average, receptionists not helpful, no swimming pool no gym and rooftop resto cafe was closed the whole week except for weekends during our stay.

فندق جميل موقعه رائع فيه جنبه ممشى مطل على القرن الذهبي،، نظيف والموظفين متعاونين جدا

Cons:

-دورة المياه تسرب مياه احيانا للغرفة
-لا توجد مواقف سيارات ،فقط على الرصيف وفي اوقات الزحمة تتعب عشان تجد موقف

Location is fair
We forgot our stuff and the team called immediately to notify us. So kind of them.

Cons:

Someone called my room and spoken sexually.
It was inconvenient.
Walls are thin and you can hear everything whats happening near your room.
