Fun, convenience with a beautiful backdrop.
Pros:

Convenience, we were attending a concert at a venue which is part of the hotel complex. Choice of food outlets, bars, quiet rooms, pre and post concert choice within the complex was excellent. Since the weather was poor, that choice was a bonus.

Cons:

We had a busy one night stay, everything went smoothly.

Comfortable stay in a gorgeous location.
Pros:

The staff could not do enough for us. From the reception staff to the restaurant to the cleaners. All of them were lovely!

Cons:

The leisure centre was a little bit tired in some areas.

Perfect place for family time.
Pros:

I loved the location and amount of facilities. With 2 kids we really were delighted with choices of restaurants. In particular the option of the bistro was great as u have a fussy eater which can make things stressful in restaurants . Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only issue really was the size of the room, I felt it was quite small for a family room especially considering the cost. However it was very clean and comfortable.
