PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. MUITA ARROGÂNCIA.

Para ser sincero. Não gostei de nada.

Atendimento muito ruim. Cheguei por volta de 1h da manhã. Estava com minha família. Na entrada o funcionário que é o porteiro/recepcionista já me recebeu com arrogância, exigindo que preenchesse uma ficha cadastral, precisei sair e fazer a ficha minha, da minha esposa e do meu filho, Sendo que todos os meus dados já haviam sido fornecidos pela plataforma e quando eu questionei ainda me tratou com grosseria dizendo que esse é o procedimento em QUALQUER lugar, sendo que já estou acostumado a me hospedar e disse que não é assim que se trata ninguém. Perguntei se ele estava com algum problema porque não é possível que a pessoa trate os hóspedes com tamanha grosseria. Mesmo depois de ter falado com ele, manteve a arrogância. NUNCA fui tratado tão mal como aconteceu nesse lugar. Parece que de fato a acomodação não se preocupa com o bem estar do hóspede e sim com o valor a ser cobrado.

Simples, mas cumpriu o objetivo.
Pros:

Era próximo a Dutra, onde minha filha teria atendimento médico cedo. Apesar de tb ser um motel, a parte do hotel tem quartos separados. Ter café da manhã no quarto.

Cons:

Vc entra no estacionamento do motel para fazer o checkin e depois te direcionam para a hospedagem comum. O café da manhã veio para 2 pessoas, éramos três.
