No cumplían con los horarios de sus actividades, personal de seguridad tuvo un mal trato con nosotros, cambio de carta del bar (precios más elevados) sin informar a los clientes y no aceptaban preparar bebidas que se pidieron previamente por la carta anterior.

De Suite was lekker groot, mooi uitzicht. Restaurant/bar medewerkers waren zeer attent en enthousiast!

Cons:

Geen hartelijke welkom bij de receptie. Inchecken was vanaf 15:00 (geen minuut eerder) dus we moesten 1 uur wachten. We hadden slechts 1 rugzak bij ons, maar we mochten niet bij het zwembad zitten met onze rugzak. Geen water op de kamer; tegenwoordig een ‘must’ in alle hotels; zeker in een badplaats zoals Mancora. Ik heb nog nooit meegemaakt dat honden meegenomen worden naar het zwembad. Helaas blaffende hond naast ons die onze middag heeft verziekt. Tevens op het dek geplaatst! ‘We zijn PET friendly’ zei de receptionist! Ik vroeg mij af of er misschien regels zijn voor de honden eigenaren? Ik heb i.e.g. Niets van gezien. Jammer!

Beautiful location, views and ambience during the day.
Pros:

Very easy access, nice views, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool, but it’s more to relax than swim. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It’s important to advertise that it is a party hotel. There were parties and loud music pretty much everyday until midnight (Sunday) and Friday and Saturday until 4am. You don’t really get the option of not to party as the music is so loud that will wake you up if you’re trying to sleep. Even with earplugs.
For the price you pay, at least one complementary water per person would be a nice gesture.
