a comfortable place to stay, close to everything, and a bit pricey
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Parking is an extra $45 on top of the hefty room price.

Cons:

A bit expensive but my seminar was there so staying made it easy to get there at 8 AM.
The strange thing was that the power kept going out in my room, just for 20-30 seconds at a time. This happened 3-4 times when I was there and left me sitting in darkness.

We were there for a concert at Yoshi's, and the location of the hotel was very convenient.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. There was a variety of food, and the food was very good.
Parking was very convenient.

Perfect Location for Amtrak Travelers
Pros:

Harena at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She was able to arrange a late check-out since my Amtrak train was leaving for Portland later in the day. She also recommended a wonderful Mexican restaurant that I visited two days in a row!! Great location for those traveling on Amtrak.

Great Business Hotel
Pros:

Great location and a clean, modern hotel. Some rooms have a lovely view of San Francisco and the bay. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge for guest use, which was most appreciated. Parking of $40 around the hotel seemed a bit pricey but there was another option, albeit less convenient. Overall a great stay.

Hard to say much it was adequate only nothing to write home about.
Pros:

Location was great. Front desk ok when arrived so so. When departed at 5:00 am Gentleman very helpful. I was using cane and very helpful. You should have luggage holder at back for people parking in Handicap parking.

Cons:

Service was minimal. Bartender did the food service along with tending the bar.

OK stay in emeryville
Pros:

Decent stay at this Hyatt Place. Convenient location with shopping and eats close by. Spacious lobby area and good room layout. Had issues with tv and ac in the room. Also beware that there are no ev chargers available even though it is a listed amenity.
