Gratamente sorprendida con este hotel. La cama es cómoda, está limpio, es amplio (tenía una pequeña cocina y terraza grande) y el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es inmejorable. Estación de metro justo enfrente, en 5 minutos llegas al centro. Repetiría!
The staff was helpful and always available. The place was quiet and clean with enough hot water for showers. Good location and good value!
The air conditioning was shut off for the season so the room was pretty warm so we needed to open windows for comfortable conditions before bed.

Our special thanks for a pleasant and undisturbed stay go to the gentleman at the reception. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was on the day shift on October 16th and 17th.
We haven’t met such a warm, kind, and helpful person in a very long time. A receptionist like him is truly a master of his profession.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe zur U-Bahn, Parkgarage sehr gut.
Am Sonntag morgen hatten wir leider aufgrund eines Rohrbruches kein Wasser im Zimmer. So etwas kann passieren, aber das Hotelpersonal sollte die Kunden darüber informieren. Sie Speisen beim Frühstück waren schon sehr wenig. Erst nach mehrmaliger Reklamation wurde Käse, Wurst, Eierspeise wieder nachgebracht. Es entstand der Eindruck, als ob es dem Personal egal wäre, wieviel es zum Frühstücken gibt.

WC fedő lejárt, Zuhany kabinből kifolyt a víz, Büdös csatorna szag, ha megnyitottam a csapot. A reggeli nagyon silány választékkal volt, kávé mind a két automatából elfogyott. Mivel Andre Rieu koncert volt, így feltételezhetően teltház, de nem készültek fel rá személyzettel és étellel sem.
