Schöne Lage, sehr gutes Wirtshaus, beim Hotel selber ist sehr viel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Wir waren dort um ein Rennrad-Wochenende zu verbringen. Dafür war die Lage des Hotels ideal. Auch den Innpromenade Parkrun konnte ich zu Fuß erreichen (4 km und 270 hm bergab). In die Innenstadt von Innsbruck sind es zu Fuß 5 km.
Zum Hotel gehört ein sehr gutes Wirtshaus. Insbesondere die Knödelgerichte sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gibt keine sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns der unabschließbare Skistall angeboten.
Beim Frühstück ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Es gab ein Basisfrühstück bestehend aus zwei weißen Semmeln, Marmelade, Butter, Kaffee und Orangensaft. Man musste für das Frühstück am Vortag auf einem Zettel ausfüllen, wann man Frühstücken möchte und ankreuzen, was man gegen Aufpreis noch zusätzlich wollte. Vollkornprodukte waren nicht dabei. Die Zettelwirtschaft funktionierte aber nicht. Einen Tag mussten wir 20 Minuten warten, bis wir Frühstück bekamen. Unsere Bestellung vom Vortag war auch nicht bekannt. Da wir den Tag eine längere Tour geplant hatten, war das sehr nervig.
Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad, war sehr alt (vermutlich 80er-Jahre) und müsste renoviert werden.

Beautiful and Unique
Pros:

Beautiful guesthouse with farmstay elements. We're a family of 6 and stayed in the large apartment with the loft. The kids loved it. We ate dinner in the restaurant which provided nice traditional food. The kids had a ride on the miniature horses there and fed the farm animals in the morning with the staff. We only stayed one night, wished it could have been more. Excellent playground for the kids. Location is stunning.
There are some reviews saying it is old and run down, but that is not entirely accurate. It is an older guesthouse so don't go there expecting brand new buildings. Some of the decor is a bit older but everything works. The place has character, is family owned and run and we were comfortable. Perfect for traveling as a family.

Cons:

The double bed for the adults was very soft, too soft for our comfort. However the other single beds and couch sofa beds were great. Those items are personal preference though.
