Man fühlt sich willkommen, alles unkompliziert.

Cons:

Wie jedesmal im B & B, egal in welchem, steht morgens laaange vor der Auscheckzeit das Zimmermädchen im Zimmer, trotz des ausrufen, no /nein. Gehört schon irgendwie dazu diese in Unterwäsche zu empfangen 🙈

Zum Schlafen sehr empfohlen.
Pros:

Wer das 16qm-Konzept bucht, braucht eigentlich nur einen Platz zum Schlafen und ggf. einen Kaffee am Morgen. Kleines Frühstück (Heißgetränk, Breze und Apfel) um 2,50 Euro ist ein Bonus, da der Kaffee ausgezeichnet ist und die benachbarte Bäckerei ohnehin jeden Tag ein vielseitiges Frühstück anbietet. Design ansprechend und modern. Check-In geht auch vorab über das Internet.

Cons:

Das 16qm-Konzept optimiert den Preis für den Anbieter, wobei man hier als Kunde nicht grade großzügig verwöhnt wird. Es fühlt sich an wie ein Einzelzimmer, auch wenn man für 2 Personen bucht. Den Koffer sollte man schon irgendwo abstellen können und die Ausstattung im Bad ist sehr minimalistisch. Man würde gerne nasse Handtücher zum Trocknen aufhängen bzw. fehlt ein Einmaltuchspender. Darf man eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung als selbstverständlich annehmen? Hier leider nicht. Natürlich ist der Preis angesichts der allgemeinen Teuerung fair.

Die Zimmer waren wie angegeben ausgestattet und waren sauber.

Cons:

Das inklusive Frühstück beinhaltete einen Apfel, Kaffee und eine Breze. Diese Information hätte etwas deutlicher dabei stehen können. Da aber der Bäcker direkt daneben eine gute Auswahl bot, war dies zu kompensieren. Allerdings hätte es dann auch das Frühstück im Hotel nicht gebraucht.

Die Lage am Olympiapark ist super. Es gibt die U Bahn in der Nähe, ein schönes Café im Haus und das Olympia Einkaufszentrum.

Tiene buena conexión con el metro y un shoping cerca.
Pros:

Que tenía cerca un shoping y el metro cerca. Además súper Market enfrente y una cafetería excelente abajo

Cons:

Que una noche no pudimos dormir porque había un grupo de chicos que se quedaron en nuestro piso y no dejaron dormir y nadie puso orden.

Die Lage war wirklich super. Man war direkt am Olympia-Einkaufszentrum und kam innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in den Olympiapark. Absolut empfehlenswert

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, dafür gibt es ein Haus weiter allerdings einen guten Bäcker.
