Pros:

Ks hỗ trợ mình nhận phòng sớm và setup honeymoon, bạn Phượng lễ tân liên hệ mình cũng rất dễ thương luôn. Khuôn viên và phòng rộng, view núi mâyyyy.

Cons:

4 điểm trừ :
1. Hic do khách sạn mới xây bên khu mới nên còn khá lộn xộn, k có bell, bạn Phượng phải tự xách đồ dùm mình. Cảm ơn bạn nhiềuuu.
2. Hy vọng ks có budget nâng cấp nệm và divan, hic nệm cũ nên ai khó ngủ là thức xem Wc đc luôn 🤭
3. Mình k bật chế độ dọn phòng nhưng 9h30 sáng đag nằm là có mấy c hsk gõ cửa dọn phòng :(. Dù dọn cũng nhanh nhưng hic sao k gọi đt check trước nhỉ .
4. Điểm trừ âm vô đối là buffet dở nhất hệ mặt trời. Sáng chủ nhật mà mình xún lúc 8h30 là còn cực ít đồ ăn, và đồ ăn cực kỳ đơn giản, chỉ có 1,2 món mặn là gà với bò gì á. Còn lại là đồ linh tinh thoai 🥲. Lần đầu ăn buffet tệ vậy luôn á :(((. Mong ks sớm cải thiện ạ.

일찍 예약을 진행하였으나 VTM 때문에 금,토요일 만실이라 숙소를 옮겨야했어어요.

다른 숙소로 옮기기 위해 픽업트럭을 요청하였으나 직원이 잊어버려 캐리어를 끌고 걸어서 이동했어요.

The maintenance of the hotel is not good. The breakfast buffet is poorly maintained.
Pros:

The location is good, convenient to travel around, the car parking lot is convenient

Cons:

The hotel wrongly charged an amount of VND7,459,200 to my credit card while the original amount quoted by Booking.com is only VND6,129,600 (VND1,329,600 extra). The issue has not been solved until today despite the fact that I already raised issue while checking out the hotel 4 days ago.
