Pros:

The staff was very kind

Cons:

Our exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom and there were four of us in the room. There was also a stain on our carpet

The staff especially the older guy in his grey suit the concierge was ignorant the guy with a limp was slamming coffee pots cause he had to walk over to refill them at the breakfast schedule from 7 -10 when I checked out he wasn’t very nice I don’t recommend this place at all he put a bad taste in my mouth his service was horrible and rude

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

The hot tub was broke and the pool didn't seem clean and needs some updates. No fresh coffee in the morning. No chairs in the room and the carpet and rooms need updated too. We only stayed two nights.

Pros:

breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

We stayed in a suite, which was nice, however the couch looked like it came out of the Frat house, we used a blanket to cover it before we sat on it. Also there was a big stain on the carpet.

Front desk and breakfest staff were friendly. Room clean at check in.

Cons:

The room was not freshened , clean towels were not replaced . Unfortunately, since Covid this seems to be hotel issue across the industry. I need to remember to ask for room freshening daily when my stay is more than 1 night.

But I guess the rooms were pretty clean and the location wasn’t terrible

Cons:

This was my bad, but there was two of us, and apparently I had only booked a one bed, even though all the pictures and everything stated that it was two beds and all night there are motorcycles driving randomly. It was hard to sleep.

you couldn't open a window no fresh air. the place needed a good clean and the vanity was blocked up.The towels were a disgrace I would use them as rags
