Location was good, but not impressed with the hotel.

Could hear people through all walls and ceiling. Took a long time to check in. Room key didn’t work so it had to be reprogrammed

Great location from Presque Isle and the waterfrint restaurants

Comfortable beds, Clean towels and linens, we liked the "sheet blankets" rather than regular blankets

Perfect Peaceful Stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Even though there was road construction on the Bayfront Hiway, access to the hotel was easy. I was on the ground floor, and the hotel was full, but it was still peaceful and quiet. I was on the side facing the bay, but never heard the traffic.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel, but the view of the lake wasn't very good. The smoke from the fires in Canada was very heavy over the bay.

Great staff

Cons:

As with many hotels, they no longer provide soap, only shower gel and it never gets refilled by housekeeping. Nothing worse than being in the shower when you realize there is no shower gel.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

We stayed for five days and not once were our linens changed. Even after requesting.
If we want to clean towels, we had to physically carry down our wet towels from the third floor to the front desk and ask for clean towels same with our trash.
For the past several years, I’ve only booked Airbnb’s. That is a mom six I want to break this trip and thought I would book a hotel so that I did not have to clean…joke is on me. I had to clean.
At one point, I requested to use the vacuum just so that I could clean our room and they denied me use of the vacuum. Our room was disgusting.
Even after requesting it to be cleaned the next day, it still was not cleaned.

Our favourite hotel to stay in Erie
Pros:

The perfect location, close enough to everything we want to do. Reasonably priced, staff are also friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The hot tub in the pool area was out of action.
