It’s operated by Hilton so standard are high

Cons:

The staff was not helpful.
METRASH IDs are accepted in public sector and banks. I even use it in other Hilton hotels and GCC countries but the duty manager didn’t accept it and I had to delay my check in waiting for the physical ID.
She wasn’t capable not professional

ممتاز ولكن غير مناسب للعوائل الكبيره او المتوسطه

1/الموقع ممتاز بعيد عن الزحمه.
2/بجانب الفندق مجمع تجاري
3/مرافق الفندق ممتازه. 4/الانترنت ممتاز. 5/ التكييف ممتاز.

Cons:

1/ التنظيف اليومي ليس بالجوده المطلوبة.
2/ لايوجد مطبخ تحضيري .
3/ النوافذ لاتفتح للتهويه.
4/ اسعار مطعم الفندق غاليه جدا جدا والخيارات قليله جدا .
5 / من المفترض ان يعرفني الاستقبال على جميع مرافق الفندق.
6/ واجهت صعوبه وتأخير في الدخول مع العلم لدي حجز مسبق.
