Toller Ort am Stadtrand von Bern
Pros:

Ein traumhafter, ruhiger und sehr freundlicher Ort am Stadtrand von Bern mit grosszügigen Zimmern. Zuvorkommendes, aufgestelltes Personal und kleines, aber feines Frühstück mit lokalen und qualitativ hochstehenden Produkten.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiss in den Zimmern, was selbstverständlich der Hitzewelle geschuldet ist. Ventilatoren wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.:-)

Die Innenstadt war mit einer Busverbindung gut zu erreichen, Hotel mit gutem Niveau
Pros:

Das Abendessen im Gartenbereich war vorzüglich und hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht sehr üppig und die Räumlichkeit eher beengt und bescheiden.
Das Personal beim Frühstück war überfordert und gestresst.
Das Zimmer war extrem aufgeheizt und das Badezimmer ohne Fenster war wie in einer Sauna

Unser Kurzaufenthalt wird uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in äusserst charmantem Gebäude.
Die Gartenterrasse war bei den hohen Temperaturen, welche geherrscht haben sehr, sehr angenehm.

Aufmerksames Personal, Essen gut, Zimmer groß

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, geht bei diesem Zimmerpreis gar nicht (es war 37 Grad). Also öffnet man das Zimmer-Strassenlärm verhindert Schlaf. Am Morgen um 7 Uhr kommen Handwerker mit Fahrzeugen, Maschinen undGeräten-.3 m neben dem offenen Fenste sehr lärmig.

Das aussergewöhnliche Ambiente, die historischen geräumigen Zimmer, die Auswahl der Speisen, die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Der Frühstücksservice hat Potenzial nach oben.
Etwas lieblos in der Ecke platziert und das offensichtlich aufgebackene Brot vom Vortag sowie, die angefaulten Birnen in der Obstschale waren eher wenig ansprechend.
Auch wenn es Probleme mit dem Alarm gab sollte das die professionelle Gastfreundschaft nicht beeinträchtigen.
Die Frage nach einem Spiegelei wurde abgewiesen.
Gerade wenn man nur 5 Personen zum Frühstück hat ist es wünschenswert, dass man sich besonders um diese kümmert.

Service und Gastfreundlichkeit wünsche ich mir als roten Faden im Haus und nicht nur beim Abendessen.

Überaus freundlichesund hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber. Kaffee und Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer.
Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant-etwas überteuert.
Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Es ist ein Landhaus, leider eingebettet in eine triste Hochhaussiedlung.
Beim Frühstück könnten bei diesem Preis etwas mehr gesunde Zutaten (Gemüse, Hafer-oder Mandelmilch etc.) angeboten werden.
Das Frühstückspersonal am Sonntagmorgen war trotz weniger Gäste einfach überfordert.
