Spacious room and friendly staff, but poor breakfast and noisy nights made it a disappointing stay
Pros:

The entrance is cute, has a little of a chalet vibe. The room was very spacious and the shower and toilet as well. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited and the quality was questionable. There were no eggs, no vegan milk options for coffee, and a piece of cheese I cut into had mold that clearly wasn’t supposed to be there. For a place that is primarily a restaurant rather than a hotel, having such a poor breakfast offering is quite ironic and disappointing.

The room was also an issue. Since it was quite warm, I had to keep the window open, but people were sitting right below my room until late at night — smoking, talking loudly, and enjoying themselves. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, the whole experience felt loveless and neglected. After the first morning, I didn’t even bother going back for breakfast again. Very disappointing stay.

Als drittes Bett wurde eine Luftmatratze zur Verfügung gestellt, die die Nacht über Luft verloren hat, so dass so gut wie kein Schlaf möglich war.

Pros:

Lage perfekt, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit grossem Badezimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Am Morgen war es sehr hell, an ausschlafen war nicht zu denken. Lichtdichte Vorhänge wären ideal.

L’établissement bien rénové et très confortable .Super espace extérieur pour le repas du soir.Personnel bien sympathique.

Cons:

Перебуванням у готелі дуже задоволені. Наш номер був великий, зручний і комфортабельний. У кімнатах сучасні витвори мистецтва - як декор. В наявності все необхідне. Дуже приємний персонал. Смачні сніданки із великим асортиментом сиру, смачними круасанами і хорошим асортиментом джемів. Гарне розташування готелю, поруч автобусна зупинка. У дворі простора парковка для відвідувачів.

Cons:

В готелі було шумно. Навіть після 22 години. Цього просто не очікуєш від Швейцарії.

Ein traumhafter, ruhiger und sehr freundlicher Ort am Stadtrand von Bern mit grosszügigen Zimmern. Zuvorkommendes, aufgestelltes Personal und kleines, aber feines Frühstück mit lokalen und qualitativ hochstehenden Produkten.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiss in den Zimmern, was selbstverständlich der Hitzewelle geschuldet ist. Ventilatoren wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.:-)
