Location is convenient to route 1 and the interstate.

Quiet at night...which was helpful.

Cons:

Poor wifi connection, very spotty, very slow to load...could not stream anything to watch a movie.

NO housekeeping for 3 days...we paid over $700 for 3 nights, and hotel towel left in a lawn chair on the front steps...while it rained during the day, and we were unable to use the towels when we returned that evening. No garbage removed, no fresh sheets.

Soft spots on the front porch in the wood floor...someone is going to fall through eventually.
Also soft spots while standing in the tub??

The entire bathroom floor is slanted. Toilet was thinner then tissue paper....we went and bought our own for our stay!!

Was told to park away from my room w the 2nd car, even though there were empty spaces right infront of our room.

Male front desk/owner? Not good w customers. Very short, rude and curt...not just w me, but w other guests who had just left, and forgot something. He acted as if we were bothering him. Not impressed.

When checking out was NOT ask how my stay was ...so I just mentioned the saftey issue if the floor on the porch.

The place is ok- I feel like I paid a lot compared to what you get, but overall it was ok.
Pros:

The rooms were really clean and the location is good.

Cons:

The rooms smelled musty. Also, no housekeeping unless you stay for a week. You had your leave out your empty toilet paper rolls outside your room to get them switched.

A true gem!! Room & grounds were exactly as presented. Would absolutely plan to stay here again.

Pros:

It was just a cozy and comfortable place. Really well located near coffee, doughnuts, and restaurants(+a summer time food truck park). Rooms were clean and offered a ton of space. Fridge was immaculate.

Cons:

Pillows were thinnnnnn! And the room was a bit dark. Neither of which are deal breakers.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Pros:

Location is great, pool was nice. Staff is not helpful or friendly, they act like you are bothering them with the smallest request. Things are broken and stained in the room, hot water didn’t work. Just not great. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.
