We were in a king bedroom suite. It was clean and roomy.

Did not actually stay at the residence that is why the grading system was one because I was unable to actually grade it

It appeared to be a very clean property

Cons:

Unfortunately, upon booking the location, I specified that I was looking for a suite with a separate bedroom, two beds and a living area and a full kitchen, unfortunately upon arrival, discovered that it had been booked as a double room, which just consisted of two beds, a stove top only and a refrigerator and sink only it was not what we needed for accommodations, but the management was super about giving a full refund and I was able to book a stay at another residence in Wells

Highway 1 is busy but the property sat back enough to not notice it when on property

Cons:

It was hard to take a left turn out of the parking lot .Very busy street .Upstairs neighbors were not very quiet I booked for 3 nights, only stayed 2 nights, had to come home early, Thought I would of been refunded for the 3rd night, but I wasn't.

Great place to relax and enjoy
Pros:

We loved everything.The room was quiet,spacious,clean.Bed very comfortable.Close to awesome restaurants.Down the street ,one mile beautiful beach.Very nice spacious pool.Can’t wait to come back.Left feeling relaxed.
