Fantastic experience
Pros:

The property and the rooms themselves were so clean and comfortable. The location could not have been better. Everything was within walking distance. The restaurant at the property was very good and the bar tender was very kind. All staff members were so welcoming and provided exceptional service.

Love the hotel other then our little issue
Pros:

It was beautiful and this is our second time we stayed at the hotel. We love the hotel and staff! Waiters at buffet, Rafael from the bar and the 2 on the top bar were very friendly and went beyond good service!

Cons:

One day money was removed from our wallet. It’s not much 200 pesos but we were very disappointed. I count money and take picture of what we leave and when we came back 200 pesos were missing and we have left money for cleaning staff.

Ubicación, el desyuno es variado completo ,buena fruta, lo único es a veces los meseros se les olvida cuando se les pide algo , . El cafe de servicio solo lo tienen disponible hasta las 2pm o hasta que se les acabe .Agua si tienen todo el día. El shampoo enjuage huele.medio raro. No deja el cabello bien . Un poco de ruido , suena la bomba de la cisterna o algo parecido. No tuvieron ninguna atención vs otros hoteles de cortesía de aniversario no dieron nada de nada .

No hay disponibilidad de cafe después de las 2 de cortesía. Agua si hay.
Un mesero no atendió bien se le olvido mi petición de desayuno
Ruido x la mañana cisterna o algo parecido a las 6 o 7 am

Prachtig hotel op toplocatie in La Paz
Pros:

Super mooi hotel midden in La Paz tegenover de kathedraal. Heerlijke kamer en goed ontbijt. Fijne service.

Vanuit het hotel loop je zo naar de lange en mooie boulevard van La Paz waar ‘s avond van alles te doen is. Langs de boulevard allerlei eettentjes, bars etc. Levendige stad ook met veel jonge mensen
