The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of shops walking distance around the area to get something to wat
The room was clean and well maintained.
Nothing
The room was quiet, fairly clean. The bus stop was accessible and the customer care good enough.
The bathroom and toilet were not clean. The shower glass partition, door and surfaces had old stains and badly needs a good scrub..The sink had hairs from previous guests and the toilet cover wasn't clean ( I didn't dare lift the toilet seat!)
The hotel is not as close to the ocean as I had thought. I had booked a room with 'ocean view' but there was very little of that.
Lastly, the breakfast was very cold especially for a chilly morning and the hotel could consider how to keep the food at least warm.
location was close to the event location, availability of microwave at the lobby for heating meals, quiet, adequate room space
there was no packed breakfast for those leaving the hotel earlier than the prescribed time
Our positive started opinion turned negative because of a rude staff member. Mr.Chi-hoo didn't let us through to the breakfast area at 9:32 am because we were 2 minutes late; we paid extra for the breakfast, yes rules are rules, we probably waited elevator for 2 minutes but what they did is not hospitality at all.
