We had two rooms and all the member that stays in the rooms were so happy about the entire cleaness of the hotel

It was all around amazing my kiddos felt safe being there and it was just all in all great place.

The staff and the facility was amazing everyone there was fantastic they were amazing with my kiddos also.

The check in process, the room amenities, and the breakfast options.

Cons:

The wall mounted toiletries had two body washes and one conditioner - no shampoo option. It would also be nice to have two bath rugs in a large bathroom - one for the shower and one for the sink. The room had two digital clocks - set to two significantly different times.

Cons:

No limpiaron el cuarto ningún día, so pretexto del fin de año. Sin toallas limpias, sin recoger basura,etc.

Inconvenienced
Pros:

I enjoyed the stay but the hotel is a bit outdated for the price tier.

Cons:

I was made to place a $150 incidental fee. The hold was on my account for over 5 days and it was a major inconvenience to me. I also wish they had more than one waffle maker. Most of my breakfast was spent waiting in line after accidentally skipped me.
