Grand Kesambi Resort and Villas

The location is good.The villa is good.But facilities are not upto the mark.The body wash was never rellaced and it was stinky.Their is no exhaust fan in wash room.The main swiminv pool has greenery in it which was also complained by other guest.The tile in the swiming pool was broken which was quite dangerous but manager was least bothered to chk on it.Breakfast is worst i got raw peas in aloo mutter vegetable.bottle water 1 litre per day for 3 people in a room .They need to seriously work upon it and manager should have courtesy to atleast meet the guest rather he said he is busy with agents.

The staff didnt come up to you at the restaurant or pool to offer food or drinks, we went to them. Had great looking cocktail menu but couldnt make anything as they didnt stock anything to make them. Had black mould fall from our fans in the bathrooms.
Just noticed on my bank statement further charges after we checked out too so thats not great either

There seemed to be an issue with my room card (key) if I left for any extended amount of time my key card would not work and I would have to go to the lobby; staff would then come and reset my key card. Housekeeping keeping despite my request for coffee brought tea packets and restocked my room with tea no coffee, no a big deal except I had to get up at 2am for an early flight and had no coffee.

No bin in the bathroom but hair in the shower not mine; loud from the mainroad, doors and window did not close propper; no umbreller it is raining season!; no door for the shower; no tel in the room to contact the lobby for an umbrella . . .

Make sure to have umbrellas if it suddenly starts raining.

There were so many bad things it was crazy!
Yellow stained pillows.
Blood on the mattress protector.
Tv wasn't working and just flickered the entire time.
Shower head was old and dirty and spraying water everywhere.
The sink was broken underneath, so every time you turned the tap on it just flowed into the cupboard.
The bathroom window didn't close and that felt very unsafe as someone could just come in if they wanted to as it backed onto another hotel. Also a real problem for mosquitos coming through.
The bathroom door didn't fully shut so mosquitos came into the room.
There was no safety box for passport or valuables.
The spa was not operational at all during the whole stay.
The main pool was out of order for 2 of the 3 days due to slimy green water. It was totally unhealthy to swim in. The pool was one of the main reasons I booked this property. I was forced to go to a café down the road to swim, which meant spending extra money on transport, food, and drinks.
My son became very sick with food poisoning and they wouldn't allow any gojeks to my room, making me LEAVE HIM and walk to reception to get medicine from gojeks-this was really disturbing he is only 4 years old. After a big fight with them they finally allowed a doctor to come through and down to my room to treat my son at 1am in the morning!!!
I asked for a full or partial refund they denied it was is disgusting as you can see from the photos how bad everything was, my son was sick so I couldn't leave until he was stable with vomiting. I do not recommend you stay here at all.

De kamer, de ac en koelkast enorme herrie. Herrie van verkeer aan de straat. Superior kmr was oudste kamer en slecht onderhouden. Deur badkmr sloot niet, wormen in douche en steekvliegjes badkmr.
De tafelkleden ontbijt zaten gaten in. Voor 4 sterren hotel viel erg tegen. De villa s zagen er mooi uit en de tuin. Wellicht ben ik ziek geworden vh eten. Er waren nauwelijks klanten die bleven eten.

Nothing to complain about

Small bathrooms as compared to other property. For swimming pool the charge is separate.
