Hotel doesn’t allow people staying overnight with e-bikes

parking was tricky. parts of upstairs felt worn. shower was too hot, toilet was difficult to flush. room smelt a bit musty. tv signal was hit & miss.

Bedroom needed refurbishing.

It was a hot night when we stayed and there was a fan provided, but it was never as comfortable temperature wise as you might have liked. Rooms were fine, if bog standard, and a little tired and I struggled with the mattress which was really uncomfortable.
The room was basically situated in the car park too which meant there were vehicles coming and going late and early right outside your window, which had to be open as it was so hot.
I think I resented the price most - £95 for a night without breakfast. Bury St. Edmonds is not a cheap place to stay but this was a sub Premier Inn or Travelodge experience and I expected a price more in line with that.

Nothing

Room was quite hot and the window didn't open much so it wouldn't really cool down, although the fan provided in the room helped.

The place was tired looking. Needed a refurbishment- decor and carpets

We made a reservation for 2 rooms including breakfast. The day before arrival we got a phonecall saying they had only one room available. We told them we could not accept that. They did not have another option so we had to cancel and make a booking somewhere else. And we asked to return the money we paid. Three weeks later oud money still is not paid back.
A very onjuist way to earn money, more like stelling it.

Room ok wardrobe full of stuff, that shouldn't have been left in room. Spare pillows had dirty pillowcases on.

Beetje verouderd. Parkeren kan als er voldoende plek is. Er is een grote (betaalde) parkeerplaats meteen achter de pub. In de kamer veel geur vanuit de keuken.

Not the fault of the venue but the neighbours bloody said dog would not stop barking throughout the night. Very annoying.
