Pros:

They had a staff member named Mr. Eser who was incredibly helpful and respectful; he did everything he could to assist us. He mostly worked during the day, but at night, another man would replace him. I don’t know his name, but he was older than Mr. Eser and had a very unpleasant attitude. He treated us as if we were staying at the hotel for free and completely lacked professionalism.

​Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but as for the family room, the space is quite small and definitely too cramped for a four-bed room.

Pros:

Ik heb een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gastvrij, in het bijzonder de heer Eser, die ons uitstekend heeft geholpen. De locatie van het hotel is ideaal. De aangeboden versnaperingen waren een leuke attentie. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, gevarieerd en heerlijk. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar wel schoon en goed onderhouden. Het hotel heeft mijn verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen. Als ik weer naar Antalya kom, zal ik zonder twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen.

Dość przyjemny hotel, jednak z kilkoma minusami
Pros:

Ogólnie dość czysto w pokojach, na wystarczającym poziomie, dość dobra lokalizacja, niektóre osoby z obsługi przyjemne i miłe

Cons:

Niektóre osoby z obsługi, były mało przyjemne, czystość na SPA pozostawia wiele do życzenia (np. kratki odpływowe wokół basenu, prysznic przy basenie), wysłużenie gdzieniegdzie miejsc w hotelu (np. sauna parowa, odpadające płytki itp., drabinka do wejścia do basenu, która cała latała i bylo wrażenie, że zaraz odpadnie i wpadnie się razem z nią do wody), dość monotonne i raczej skromne śniadania, których składniki w niektóre dni według mnie nie do końca były świeże (np. obeschnięta na rogach wędlina, która raczej była "wczorajsza"). Zawyżone ceny wycieczek (np. Telerifik Olympos zaproponowali mi 100 eur/osobę, gdzie w biurze podróży za to samo 64EUR/osoba)

Хороший бюджетный отель. Понравился местный спа. Принесли в номер комплементом тарелку с фруктами.

Cons:

Не работал выключатель Do Not Disturb, из-за чего пришлось уборку постоянно вручную просить.

Pros:

The personnel is very polite and professional. I would like to highlight the man who met us at the reception, his name is ESER, very good and professional employee. He speaks in several languages including Russian. He and his staff were doing everything in a just second to please not only us but the other guests as well. Thank you Eser bey for your hospitality.
