Pros:

Lokacia blizko metra a s-bahn, hned za rohom dm a billa.

Cons:

Nemali sme dobry pocit, nakolko nam po izbe behali cierne mravceky, pod postelou bol prach, medzi skrinkou s umyvadlom a sprchovym kutom tiez nebolo cisto, krabicka na sacky na toalete bola v hroznom stave, dvere sa nam velmi zle zatvarali - zakazdym som musela skontrolovat, ci su naozaj zatvorene. Ocakavala by som vyssi standard v 4-hviezdickovom hoteli. :-/

Pros:

The location is excellent. Near enough to sights, restaurants, Zeil, and the central station, but in a calm and clean area (a huge plus in central Frankfurt). The tram stop is 10 seconds away and it takes you to the central station for day trips, without having to go underground to the metro (which can be a maze).... although the s bahn stop is only 5 minutes away. A big Rewe supermarket, DM, and pharmacy are within a minute's walk and were extremely useful during my stay. For me, you can't beat the location.

My room was spacious, with a practical layout, table, chairs and enough counter/surface space for my stuff. The a/c was effective. The complementary cold drinks were appreciated.

The quiet was the highlight of my stay. My room faced the back of an apartment complex, so there was no outside noise. That, plus blackout curtains, made for calm after busy days, and good sleep.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Overall it is a good place to stay. I would stay there again as forewarned is forearmed :)
Pros:

Entrance Foyer & Reception clean & neat, Room and Bathroom were a good size and overall was very comfortable and clean with air conditioning and electronically controlled blinds. Toilet was separate - excellent :). Restaurant staff were extremely helpful, Breakfast Buffet was good, all meals from the main menu's were excellent. Laundry service was good, and returned on time. Coffee pod machine, jug, tea, coffee, milk were provided, and a small bar fridge with drinks & water.

Cons:

The shower is a "modular shower cubical" with a lovely "shiny" floor pan, which became dangerously slippery when wet which I discovered when I turned the shower on. I decided to carefully exit & put a hand towel on the floor of the shower to stand on, I took one small step towards the door, my foot went out from under me, and I fell sideways on the floor, hitting my head on the wall. I had a Large lump on elbow, a bruised wrist and bruise on my head. I reported the incident to reception, who's response was "we'll tell housekeeping". No question if I would like to have medical attention, nothing.
The tea/Coffee area is small and painted Black. The Black coffee machine, Black Jug and Black coffee, tea, sugar tray were in separate small black shelf areas. NO Lighting...... at 5.00am in the morning, VERY DIFFICULT to see what one is doing in the dark as all the lighting is over the bed & in the lounge area.
