Pros:

Friendly location near the train/bus station and also the city center sorrounded with beautiful streets, small parks.
The ladies at the reception are very kind and helpful.
I liked the industrial design of the rooms also.

Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.
L’emplacement et le parking recommandé à quelques mètres de l’hôtel

Cons:

Très petit bémol : le carrelage de la cabine douche très glissant une fois glissant
La formule petit déjeuner plutôt surprenante et chère pour les produits proposés

Beautiful property, unusual service
Pros:

The building and our room were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, if pricy. The history of the building was well described in a brochure and very interesting. Location to see Utrecht and find meals was excellent, right next to the remaining medieval gate.

Cons:

Cleaning service was very peculiar. I was told I could have a voucher for some wine instead of cleaning, which I initially accepted. My 92-year-old mother had an accident overnight and I handed back the voucher to request cleaning instead. They said they would have the room cleaned. I came back after seeing her off on her flight to find the soiled sheets bundled in a corner of the bathroom and her bed left unmade. The bathroom was not cleaned. The staff did not know she wasn't returning with me. When I told the staff what happened, someone came to collect the soiled sheets and left again with no other efforts or apologies. There was no offset on the bill either. It was strange. I'm not sure I would return although the property was very attractive.

Staff made you feel so well come, close walking distance to so many museums, the canals, and shopping. Rather amazing!
Pros:

Not a huge hotel but feels like an extended home option. Close to everything.

Cons:

This may sound odd, but the breakfast is quite a lot of food. Too much, so we used everything we didn’t eat for our lunch. So, actually we liked that very much!

Perfect a couple of days R&R - wonderful room, food, hospitality and location. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Imaginatively designed with very comfortable rooms and bathrooms, as well as lovely friendly staff on hand too. Great location - just a few minutes walk from the station and just strolling around, so we could explore everywhere on foot at our own pace. The breakfast spread was incredible as was the added bonus of the little cafetiere/restaurant where we had lunch one day and afternoon tea the next. Hope to return one day!

Pros:

Süßes kleines Hotel mit historischen Verlauf,sehr gut gelegen an einem kleinen Park,sehr idyllisch.

Cons:

In den Zimmern gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und keinen Schrank,wenn man längeren Aufenthalt hat,fehlt das schon sehr,da man ausschließlich aus dem Koffer lebt

Cet endroit adorable mériterait vraiment un peu plus d’attention au confort des voyageurs.

Cons:

Le confort était limite : bâtiment ancien, donc pas de clim… On peut le comprendre. Mais pas moyen non plus d’ouvrir la fenêtre car chambre au Rez de chaussée et tabatière très dure à bouger… De plus, chambre pas faite (oubliée ☹️)

Posizione e hotel nel suo complesso come struttura e arredamento

Sehr hübsches Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Liebevoll und passend zum historischen Gebäude eingerichtet. Praktische und komfortable Ausstattung. Sehr nettes Personal und tolles Frühstück. Direkt am Wasser gelegen und mit Blick auf die alte Mühle. Würden wir wieder buchen und empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
