Pros:

Bom o condomínio é limpo e organizado mais é uma pena que dia de segunda feira á piscina passar o dia inteiro na limpeza e mim organizei pra levar meus filhos e infelizmente levei segunda feira pois no site e antes de alugamos uma diária não tinha informando que á piscina lá passava o dia inteiro em manutenção🥺

Que o wi-fi não conecta bem e às vezes nem conecta.
Que o parquinho é muito infantil não atualizou pra um que der pra meninos maior um pouco.
Que á banheira de hidro não estava funcionando estava com defeito e TB não tinha no anúncio antes de alugamos,
Que á piscina no mês das férias passar o dia todo em manutenção na segunda feira e vai até o outro dia até a tarde nem pela manhã liberar.

Las instalaciones del condominio son muy buenas y la ubicación si te queres quedar cerca de la playa también, me quedo frecuentemente en ese condominio.

Cons:

Heladera muy sucia, 1 solo tenedor , 1 solo cuchillo, 1 solo vaso. Muchos insectos , tuve que comprar un insecticida en la noche.
