I hurt myself coming down 3 flights of stairs
Pros:

The stay is always wonderful

Cons:

The elevator was down all weekend & I feel like they should have called me before to notify me that I would be on the 3rd floor

Staff was extremely welcoming, best location and the best bang for your buck in the area
Pros:

Location was perfect to experience downtown, the decor throughout the lobby and restaurant/bar was great with a good variety of coffee table books, and the bartender was amazing and made the end of our night absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

Wish there was a pool or hot tub but we understood why not as it is a historical building/area so it most likely isn’t possible for them to renovate past a certain point, the mattress in our room was noticeably stained after lifting the sheet and mattress protector to check for bedbugs (I was a housekeeper some years ago at a different hotel so it’s routine to check even in the nicest of places) - no bugs, just stains!

We had a lot of screaming in the halls. All night long. People were slamming doors and talking very loud

Pros:

The staff were very good and the location.

Cons:

The rooms weren't cleaned, the telephone was not working, and the only worker was at the front desk. I had to change my sheets and vacuum my room, because there were no more rooms available. What a way to start celebrating my 60th birthday

朝食付きで予約したが、食べに行ったら、15ドルまでの制限付き。

The front lady was very sweet during check-in—so accommodating, helpful, and informative!

Amazing
Pros:

Natalie B was amazing. Very welcoming hotel and very clean. Everytime we walked in we were greeted with amazing service and felt right at home. We love Memphis and will be back!! Great location and people!
