Outstanding - the staff were so attentive and helpful, rooms very comfortable and clean.
Pros:

On arrival - check in was convenient and quick.

The rooms were comfortable and cosy, very clean and attended to daily by the domestic team providing clean towels and refreshments of the drinks caddy.

Breakfast was faultless - as a group of 5, staff ensured we were able to sit together, even moving some tables around to accommodate us at such a busy time of the day. The restaurant manager was very helpful, organised and friendly.

The hotel is within walking distance to Euston Station which was just perfect for us!

Overall a very enjoyable stay - we shall be back!

Great location, nice staff, clean but feel items in the bedrooms should be checked before being let
Pros:

Thought the location was great. The staff were very helpful especially when trying to resolve encountered issues.
The bar was nice, staff friendly and polite, the bar menu was also good.
Breakfast felt a bit manic, but was plentiful.
Bedroom a good size and bed super comfortable.

Cons:

The TV in the room did not work and I needed to get a maintenance engineer out - this was done quickly, but feel this should have been checked when cleaned.
The radiator did not work and the room was very cold, I requested a portable heater and one was provided but it took a long time to warm the room, again I think that this should have been checked when cleaned.
The bar closed quite early and you were basically chucked out, I think that there should have been a later bar service for residents.
