Pros:

A fine hotel at a reasonable price. It is located within walking distance of the metro, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, although the double bed proved a bit cramped. The breakfast wasn't particularly extensive, but it was fresh and tasty. All in all, an excellent base for those wishing to stay near the city center.

Perfect proximity to Great Ormond Street Hospital
Pros:

Staff were very lovely. I was staying with my children for a visit to Great Ormond Street Hospital. My 11 year old has learning disabilities and the staff were brilliant with her.
Room was comfortable and clean. Just what we needed. Really close to the hospital and decently priced.

Metroya çok yakın.. sakin bir bölgede konumlanmış ve önemli yerlere 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde... kahvaltı yeterli ama her gün aynı. Oda temizliği istendiğinde yapılıyor, memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Sentral beliggenhet, hyggelig personalet, rent.

Cons:

Dør mellom rommene som gjør at det oppleves som å dele rom, mer enn at man har eget rom. Man kan høre alt naboen sier og foretar seg. Jeg vil ikke ønske å bo på et slikt rom igjen.

Pestré snidaně, poblíž centa.

Cons:

Velmi rušný hotel, moc se nedalo spát. Dveře od pokojů bouchay i když se snažíte byt tiší. Hlavní ulice je velmi rušná a na pokoji strašné horko, protože hotel nemá klimatizaci. Do toho opakovaně zní požární alarm, jednou nás vzbudil nad ránem a je na vás jestli risknete, že se nic neděje.

Apart from room we enjoyed our holiday
Pros:

Location ideal for theatres shopping attractions etc

Cons:

Not what we requested given a room furthest away from reception over looking a horrible rubbish storage area with the resultant noise each morning at six o clock
We chose not to use the ear plugs provided
Offered a room on our second last day on sixth floor lot smaller and much warmer
Did ask for reduction in our bill but offered a drink at the bar
Spoke to supervisor and expressed my disappointment

Wonderful staff who were very accommodating, great buffet breakfast and amazing location.
Pros:

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with many attractions within walking distance and Russell Square Station just around the corner, making it easy to get around London.

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of options, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and accommodate me throughout my stay.

A special shout-out to Patricia and Divyang, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Their exceptional service really stood out.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Good location. Better standard than other comparable central London hotels we’ve used.
Pros:

Location, public areas very smart, new bathroom, attentive staff, breakfast good.

Cons:

Room extremely hot (yes, I appreciate there has been a heat wave), no air conditioning, the fan provided had little effect.
