The hotel's location is truly unbeatable and incredibly convenient.
Pros:

For 10 days consecutive days, the breakfast menu and seating have remained completely identical.Even the receptionist at the door greets me with the ezact same routine question every day:"Do you have any food allergies?" The tone is so mechanical that it feels stifling.

Cons:

The tall Black female front desk manager displayed a rather arrogant attitude, which was quite unpleasant.

Posizione ottima e personale gentile, ma bagno e colazione da migliorare
Pros:

Personale alla reception davvero molto accogliente e disponibile. La stanza, pur compatta, risulta funzionale per un ospite singolo e il letto è comodo. Avevo chiesto una stanza tranquilla ed effettivamente lo era. Manca l’aria condizionata, ma con la finestra aperta ho dormito bene (anche perché il clima di Londra non è stato particolarmente caldo). La posizione è molto comoda: la zona è piacevole, sicura e ricca di verde, a due passi dall'Università.

Cons:

La doccia a volte presentava sbalzi di temperatura, alternando acqua fredda e calda. Il bagno è un po’ troppo stretto e il lavandino poco pratico. L'ascensore per il settimo piano è come descritto da altri ospiti nelle recensioni: un po' scomodo e vecchio: spesso salivo al sesto con l'ascensore più moderno, per poi fare le scale per il settimo. La colazione è di buon livello, anche se l’offerta vegetariana e soprattutto vegana mi è sembrata limitata e poco varia. Il costo per le tre notti è un po’ troppo alto rispetto al rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel ampio moderno curato

Cons:

La posizione è buona sé per british museum è quella zona ma non strategico rispetto alle linee metro (che pur ci sono abbastanza vicine ma sono linee per le nostre esigenze non troppo utili)

Great staff who go way beyond your expectations
Pros:

The staff, the staff, the staff! So courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure that our stay was comfortable and met iur needs. Thank you all so much.

Cons:

The busyness of the hotel, but that's just for me, I just don't like queuing whilst having a relaxing time. Sorry.

Хорошее местоположение, совсем рядом метро, жд вокал в пешей доступности. Хороший отзывчивый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Приятные цены

Cons:

Очень маленький номер, узкая кровать, слишком мягкий матрас. И что самое ужасное, что совершенно не дало возможности отдохнуть за две ночи - шумы с улицы. Сначала нам дали номер с окнами на проезжую часть, шумную. Так как кондиционеров в номерах нет, спать было бы невозможно и попросили поменять на номер с окнами во двор. Поменяли мгновенно. Но! Во дворе, окруженном стенами домов, очень сильно гудит огромная вытяжка из труб - вентиляция. Спать с этим шумом тоже невозможно

Nice property in a cetral location
Pros:

We loved the location, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted on most days.
The breakfast was good with a lot of variety (yogurt, eggs, salad, fruit, baked goods, coffee, juice)

Cons:

The hotel should have some additional plugs to charge devices, especially one near the nightstand. We had to get a fridge in the room which took away one of three plugs available in the room (after unplugging the kettle). It was a bit frustrating not having the phone next to me while sleeping, because it was charging elsewhere.

The heat wave was over while we were there, but still it was hard to get some air circulating due to how little one can open the windows
