Management should inspection of the whole property and arrange to resolve all ongoing issues.
Pros:

Property is situated at great location. Nice layout and good size rooms.
Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was very cold, heating was not working, housekeeping staff provided electric plug in heater.
Poor WiFi connection, took ages to connect but didn’t stay connected long, missed really important online meeting.

Pros:

Excellent location for our purposes, right in the heart of Bloomsbury, and not too pricy (all is relative here..). Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room was stuffy, even in October (no AC), and staff seemed a little disinterested, usually denoting a less than optimal organizational culture

Nice property and service but it can be improved.
Pros:

Well located, near tons of restaurants and underground. Nice facilities.

Cons:

Low qualify bed, highly noisy room. Doors are 1" off the threshold allowing for tons light and noise to come in. The walls a thin since I could hear all the other rooms open and close doors.

Our only problem was in arranging a taxi. The hotel clerk said we should pay for the cab on the whats app…which we did beforehand. Then the cab driver insisted that we pay him at the airport. Double payment! We are trying to correct this at great inconvenience. This was a difficult ending to our otherwise wonderful stay at your hotel!

gutes Preis-Leistung-Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage zur Tube ist perfekt, Check in unkompliziert, Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Frühstück Intercontinental und ausreichend, gut organisiert.
Zimmer sauber, Bett bequem und Wasser heiß mit gutem Druck. Wasserkocher mit Equipment vorhanden. Gratis Wasserspender im Foyer zum Auffüllen der eigenen Wasserflasche!

Cons:

Zimmergröße OK, Bad wirklich sehr sehr klein - quasi ein Raumwunder. Teppich im ganzen Flur, Zimmer (uneben). Fenster nur spaltbreit zu öffnen möglich, kaum Ablagefächer im Kleiderschrank.
