Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Calmo nel giugno 2026. La struttura ha sicuramente i suoi punti di forza nel prezzo molto competitivo, nell'eccellente pulizia delle camere e nella disponibilità dello staff, che si è dimostrato davvero gentile e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

La nota più dolente della nostra esperienza è stata però legata a un fattore esterno: proprio vicino all'hotel abbiamo trovato un cantiere edile attivo, con rumori vari che iniziavano già dalle 6 del mattino. Purtroppo questo ha compromesso un po' il riposo mattutino.

市内から一本U4で行けて、目的地ハイリゲンシュタットの隣駅で便利だった。
Pros:

バスタブ、エアコン有り

Cons:

机のそばに電源が無くPC繋ぐとき不便だつた。

Um den Preis in Wien ganz in Ordnung

Nettes Personal, Sauberkeit. Bett war perfekt

Cons:

Bad war sehr hübsch aber überall bei Dusche und Waschbecken ist das Wasser daneben gelaufen und die Toilette hat geknirscht als würde sie jeden Moment runterbrechen. Aus der Klimaanlage ist auch das Wasser die Wand runtergelaufen.

Good experience
Pros:

Breakfast was always fresh and with great options. Beds were super comfortable. Shower was really good. Location was nice. 40 min walk from old town or 6 min walk to the closest train station.

Cons:

the building and parts of the room shows some wear and tear. nothing that is impossible to leave with.
