Konumu çok güzel. Tramvaya 2 dk, metroya 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Yatak, çarşaflar, havlular ve banyo çok temizdi. Her gün temizlik yapıldı. Binanın içi oldukça eski ve odaların olduğu koridorda garip, ağır bir koku vardı. Bir de odalara tek kullanımlık terlik koyarsanız çok iyi olur.

Würde trotz liebem Personal nicht mehr buchen wegen Zustand Bett

Das Personal, im speziellen das Frühstückspersonal, war überaus freundlich, kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit. Fahrräder kann man in der Tiefgarage einstellen. Der Preis war ok.

Cons:

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Auffrischung, wirkt schmuddelig. Aber der absolute Minuspunkt war das Bett.Die Matratze war ein Zumutung, man spürte jede Feder oder was auch immer das war das mich maltätierte, und sie war total durchgelegen
Im Übrigen hatte ich ein Doppelbett gewünscht. Diesem Wunsch konnte nicht entsprochen werden, man sagte mir aber dass sie für die folgende Nacht ein Leintuch über beide Mattatzen spannen würden. Diese Mitteilung ging nicht an den Zimmerservice oder wurde ignoriert.

Pros:

El desayuno está bien, reponen incluso despues de la hora de cierre. La habitación tiene buen tamaño, uno de los colchones bien el otro hundido, el baño muy pequeño, la comunicación durante el día y los días de diario muy bien, el tranvía pasa cada 10mtos o menos pero corta a las 12 d la noche, la parada de metro está a unos 6mtos.

Uno de los colchones estaba hundido, aunque con el tranvía está bien comunicado, hasta el centro se tarda un rato, el metro tarda menos pero la parada está a unos 6 mtos

Muy Comodo y tranquilo. Exelente relacion precio calidad!

Si bien la ubicacion no esta cerquisima de todo, me encanto la tranquilidad, escuchar los pajaritos a la mañana y ver el verde de un arbol por mi ventana. Con la linea D del tranvia que pasa a 50 metros del hotel llegas a la mayoria de los lugares turisticos y sino esta la opcion del metro a pocas cuadras. Muy contenta con mi estadia en el Hotel Calmo!

Einmal und nicht wieder.
Pros:

Es war alles soweit sauber.

Cons:

Der Boden hat definitiv schon bessere Tage gesehen, an der Tür hat man Spuren gesehen, die aussahen als wurde schon mal probiert einzubrechen. Der Schrank im Flur war halb kaputt und ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen.

Die Parkgarage war auch die Hölle zum runter fahren und Parken. Die Zufahrt war eine 20% Steigung in einem sehr engen Kreis zum herunter fahren. Dann muss man noch umständlich an der Seite der Wand mit einem Schlüssel das Tor öffnen.

Der erste Gedanke beim Eintreten war "schäbig"
Ich bin froh, das wir nur eine Nacht da waren.
