Établissement de qualité, je recommande.
Pros:

Confort et grande propreté des chambres et des lieux communs.
Disponibilité et serviabilité de tout le personnel
Buffet petit déjeuner diversifié et copieux

Cons:

L'établissement est localisé dans un quartier calme ; malheureusement des travaux de voirie de grande envergure ont troublé la quiétude des lieux durant notre séjour et ce sans responsabilité du Calmo.

A l'attention de Booking : l'annonce publiée via le site mentionne la chambre située sur cour intérieure de manière affirmative, sans nécessité d'en faire la demande auprès de l'hôtel.
Il nous a été attribuée une chambre côté rue à notre arrivée ( passage du tramway), expliquant que l'annonce publiée par Booking ne pouvait être satisfaite d'emblée, qu'il aurait fallu en faire la demande auprès de l'hôtel.
Je déplore l'annonce erronée de Booking et le manque d'informations .
Heureusement un échange de chambre a pu être effectué... merci le Calmo !

Pros:

Personal top freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstück ist bis auf die Kaffeebrühe gut und ausreichend, sowie frisch. Das war es aber auch mit positiv.

Cons:

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Großbaustelle. Vor unserem Fenster wurde gewerkt und die Betonmisch-LKW's gereinigt. 1. Tag Arbeit bis ca. 19.30 Uhr, 2. Tag Start kurz nach 5 Uhr und Ende um ca. 21:30 Uhr.
Zudem geht direkt vor dem Hotel zwischen kurz nach 5 Uhr bis nach Mitternacht die Straßenbahn vorbei. Seitens des Hotels werden Ohrstöpsel auf das Bett gelegt, anstatt ehrlich im Inserat darauf hinzuweisen. Es gibt Leute, bei denen Ohrstöpsel nicht halten, und dazu gehöre ich leider nun mal. Ganz abgesehen von dem Erschütterungen, wo Ohrstöpsel wenig hilfreich sind.
Das Hotel selbst ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen weich und durchgelegen, die Zimmer sehr hörig, sodass man den Nachbarn beim Klogang zuhören kann und natürlich alles vom Gang her hört.
Die Toilette wackelt, der Duschkopf in der Badewanne mit Duschglas fällt ständig runter und es gibt keinen Schrank, obwohl dieser in den Austattungsmerkmalen beschrieben wird. Dafür ca. 6 Kleiderhaken auf einer Stange an der Wand (reichlich für einen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten für 2 Personen).
Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und würde

Man kann nach Absprache sein Gepäck vor dem Check In und auch nach dem Check Out noch dort lagern lassen.

Cons:

Aktuell im Oktober 2026 ist direkt nebenan eine Baustelle und die Bauarbeiten starten ab 7:00 Uhr. Aber es gibt Ohrstöpsel.

Non ho trovato riscontro alle recensioni di chi mi ha preceduto.
Pros:

La posizione a poche centinaia di metri dalla metro e la colazione adeguata per varietà e qualità. Buona anche la pulizia. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

Le camere sono spaziose ma andrebbero ristrutturate come i bagni decisamente vecchi. Nel nostro il sifone del lavandino perdeva copiosamente. Dietro il letto hanno messo un bel poster ma non basta a rendere accogliente una camera. Gli arredi sono decisamente scarni. Il parcheggio è ridottissimo e molto scomodo oltre a non essere gratuito.

personnel très sympa !!!
Pros:

L'équipe de l'hôtel était tres gentille, ils ont décoré la chambre pour l anniversaire de ma femme, je les remercie sincèrement.

la localisation est un peu loin du centre ville mais avec le métro c'est rapide
