Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. So close to the multitude of restaurants at Monte. Staff are very friendly and respectful.

It was an amazing place.

Cons:

The fact that we paid so much and the TV did not work in the room. We were told they had DSTV issues at reception, but nobody bothered to tell us when we checked in that the particular room we were in, had a TV that did not work.
